Review 1：Very friendly staff, very good spa and excelent food in the restaurant....Fantastic hotel, Parking for free , very comfortable bed and room.nice staff on the bar hotel, good wi-fi, ... You cant ask for more, thanks for a beatifull stay!

Review 2：We received a junior suite with connecting door, so we could hear almost everything from the neighbouring room.Not what we expected.Maid was not very careful, soap missing, handkerchiefs missing. Quite hard bed. No underground parking under hotel.

Review 4：The food is average - while the breakfast is OK, the dinner was eatable but tasteless. The soups are like a thin coloured water. According to my opinion this hotel is overpriced.

Review 5：The hotel is really nice, the room is well-equipped, the staff are friendly. The wellness is also nice - no saunamaster, but there is a tub for guest to make some "aufguss" :)

Review 7：The perfect hotel in a great location. Great Spa, huge buffet breakfast, clean and fully equiped rooms. Entire athmosphere is perfect for spending a relaxing holiday.

Review 8：July 2015: Very poor service at reception regarding hotel itself (e.g. incomplete -wrong information) + regarding excursions, they forget all special requests you made (poor English too), poor service in restaurant (forget to ask you what to drink all the time, after two courses they might think of it, on exception of a few, personnel forced to smile), not vegetarian-friendly food, not a lot of food as it's supposed to be 'gastronomic' (main course: 1 small slice of salmon, 1 bean and 1 potato), overall inconsistent policy (eg. opening hours wellness change all the time, very frustrating - welcome drink alcoholic for others, not for us, frustrating as well...), no airco system or even sheets while very hot weather, unclean beds with dirty spots, forgetting to replace towels-toilet paper... Nothing to do at night except for drinking a very expensive drink at the bar, no lights in the garden-swimming pool at night...a lot of works needs to be done to make this hotel a fours stars superior to begin with changing 95% of its current staff..it's a real waste of money and unworthy to be called a Falkensteiner, a hotel chain we had good experiences with before, but now: never again. Biggest disappointment ever in Austria and a shame for the Falkensteiner chain.

Review 10：the style of the hotel was just spectacular, amazing mountain view from the room, beautiful spa, great gym and saunas, all in all, everything was spotless! I can only recommend it. Dog friendly as a plus:)

Review 11：It was half-board, so I had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The choice was poor for the main course. In three days I ate salmon twice because there was nothing else. The wine was over priced and the selection was limited to local variety.

Review 17：Dinner: - It takes too long to get the food on the table (apperantly lack of kitchen stuff). - The main dish was usually uneatable (3 nights) Also many complains from other guests. After calling out the main chef, he was very arogant and would not accept the critics. After all we got reinbursed for the dinners, which we didnt ask for, but its a nice gesture - The restaurant run out of particular wine, which is understandable but not for this kind of hotel. Wellnes: - not very kind stuff, - During lunch time spa front desk is closed, - no drinking water or tea in sauna area, - on some leaflets it says that wellness is open till 21:00 but it was till 20:00, therefore some of the friends got locked out in the outdoor jakuzzi (its small pool with very litle water massage) - Full ashtrays in the outdoor smoking area. Lobby Bar: - very nice area but with expressionless sometimes arogant barman. - had to pay for welcome drink 19€, for which we got card at the arrival, where it was clearly written "two welcome drinks'' and Picture of coctail next to it. Apperantly that was not valid for him and insist of charging the two coctails. After immediate report by the reception, polite and kind receptionist want to reinbursed the two drinks, but after dinner procedure I didnt have will and energy for that anymore, so I left 19€ and took the card for souvenir. At the end its not about the money but about the experience when you walk in 4 star +S hotel. Still asking myself what that S stands for?

Review 21：Dinner takes about 2 hours! It takes from 15 minutes to 45 minutes (!!) to make the order. Then you sitting and waiting for each course for 15-20 minutes. And this is with a standard menu with only 2 positions to choose with 2 or 3 choices in each! Except for this problem it's a very good hotel.

Review 35：Didn't really like the bathroom set up in the room as it had glass doors and side looking through into the room. There was however a curtain to pull over the glass side and the sliding door to the toilet area had been given a frosted covering. The room was hot during the night . Pillows too soft.

Review 36：Overall ambiance of the hotel. Very comfortable and welcoming. Spa was superb. Spacious rooms with plenty of storage space. Good self service breakfast and evening dinner.

Review 37：We were quite disappointed with our half board; you should definitely find a different cook. It's a shame that the hotel with your quality is offering to guests this kind of tasteless food for a dinner. And it was not only ours plate returning almost untouched back to the kitchen. We were expecting culinary experience and everything we had during our 5-day stay there was just average or even worse. Fortunately there was a buffet with salads and great baguettes, so we didn't leave hungry. The other problem was your spa treatments; we try variety of your massages and facial treatment. However, for the price it costs you get only massage form young ladies without enough experiences, so we couldn't feel any difference before and after. Except one massage which did older lady with short hair cut, this one was great!

The"Swan" fotel in our appartment/room was so comfy that Ineed to get one immediately! Great selection of skiing areas around thehotel with Dachstein panorama terace nearby that is must see in thispart of Austria.

Review 43：Just small issue - because hotel is so new the vegetation around private area of wellnes is yet not big enough to secure privacy on 100%. Also the locality of a hotel as such is not perfect (between railway and road) but it was not a real problem.

Review 45：Small point but as an English couple, we struggled with 'complete nudity' policy in the sauna area - in particular as the outdoor hot tub was included in this policy. The alternative 'outdoor pool' (bathing suits allowed!) looked lovely but wasn't really warm enough to linger and let the muscles relax in! Would be nice if there was a hot outdoor hot-tub for adults in the main area

Review 46：The hotel was fabulous and obviously new. The bar and fire were perfect for a pre-dinner drink, dinner itself was superb. Special effort was made to satisfy the fussiest vegetarian! Lots of soft furnishings everywhere to make it feel like home. The room was lovely, sizeable with sufficient space for ski-faff! It is a meer 3 minute walk to the gondola - they do offer a scheduled shuttle should you so wish.
