Review 1:Bathroom wasn't completely clean, few hairs on the ground. Room smelled a bit funny, acidic. There was no wifi in the bedroom, only downstairs.
Review 2:Great private beach, nice staff and relaxed atmosphere. They let us spend the day on the beach even after checking out. The beds were very comfortable.
Review 3:Maybe bit of painting and getting rid of old carpets in corridors and leave only marble surface would make look more appealing:)
Review 4:Staff was very polite and nice fitting level of 5 star hotel. Fresh coffe and freshly baked croiassants for breakfast were brilliant.
Review 5:Several lighting bulbs had to be replaced in our unit before we could see. The first night we arrived and it was very hot the air conditioning was not working. We found out this is controlled from the reception after that night there were no problems!
Review 6:It was very close to our relatives vacation apartment so we did not need a car. And old Santa Marinella is very attractive with great restaurants.
Review 7:The staff especially the young lady at reception went out of her way to assist & was always very pleasant. The location is excellent, the breakfast was very good.

Review 10:the place is filthy and things like the TV don't work. Beach is rocky. Elevator is questionable as to whether it will work or not on any given day, or when you are inside of it. Cleaning crew does as little as possible. The owner has instructed the staff to control the air-conditioning, which is poor, to turn off for long periods in order to save money so you wake up in the middle of the night roasting.
Review 11:Staff was polite and helpful for the most part, but limited due to ownership. Gabrielle is amazing and understands guest relations.
Review 12:The location was much further out of town then we had thought/hoped. Furthermore, the hotel facilities are definitely showing their age with their inconsistent water pressure and broken television sets. The furnishings are also a bit dated, though some might find the decor charming.
Review 13:The staff at Hotel Del Sole were incredibly helpful in getting us sorted and settled after a hectic arrival. Gabriella, one of the desk staff members was kind enough to clean a new room by herself so that my wife and I could upgrade from our somewhat cramped initial room. She even went so far as to give us a lift into town so we could have dinner. Very friendly and very welcoming.

Myfriend who arrived before informed me that the Hotel is closed and thatall the guests are send to another hotel from the same chain - HotelCavallucio which is on the other side of the town. So I had to write tobooking.com in order to find out was is going on. I received a messagefrom boooking.com saying assuared them that everything is ok. When Iarrived the hotel was lifeless. The reception desk was covered withdust. Blue Sofas from the picture were filthy. I`m sure nobody everwashed them. The air conditioner didn`t work at all (in all the hotel).Air in the room which they proposed me at first was stale. Lamps wererusty (as if they were taken from the bus station). There were yellowstains on the furniture. No mini bar. When I started complaining theyproposed me another room, but it was the same. They couldn`t even findthe key from the room (had to try one by one from the chain). I wantedto move to another hotel. But they said that it is not possible as Ibooked it through booking.com. They proposed me room with the seaview inorder to plese me some how. I had to stay there as I had now time forcomplaing. (I arrived at 18 o`clock and had a meting in the reataurantin the city center at 19.30). In the corridor there were holes in theceeling. In several words: the hotel opened one day before my arrival.It was extremely durty. There was rust almost everywhere. There wererepair works
