Review 1：The toilet was too small and not comfortable , the TV screen is small , nobody nowadays is using 24 inches.
Review 2：The staff with a pleasant smile and the hotel location is near to the shopping area , restaurants and coffee shops , the breakfast was good .
Review 3：Smells like cigarettes. We didn't get the room key at first and had to wait for the staff to come and open the door for us. Staff didn't speak good English.

Review 5：If you want a clean, comfortable, well positioned hotel - staffed by very friendly personnel, then you should consider this down town hotel for your stay in Aqaba. Lisa and her associates on the desk and Bader (our driver) were outstanding. There was a very good selection of food for breakfast which was more than adequate and my wife said the omelets were the the best she has had. It has two lifts, so no problems with luggage. We would definately stay there again.
Review 6：Some of the services advertised by the hotel were in fact not available. The pool was permanently closed for "manteinance" (although no works took place apparently), the Jacuzi was also closed because of a boiler issue. Sauna was apparently open but we got confusing information as to the booking notice (from 30 minutes to 3 hours in advance). A shuttle bus was available to reach a resort on the coast for free, but then we have been told that a ticket had to be paid to get advantage of the free offer (?!?). The morning breakfast closed at 10am and the staff was very rigid, not tolerance at all was granted for people coming in the last minutes.

Review 24：The price of a room for the quality you receive is out of proportion! Too expensive. The personnel was not very well informed. The rooms were pretty simple.

Review 26：1) The staff is not helpful at all, they are not very capable of solving guest's inquiries, doubts or questions.2) The location is doubtful, but this is given to the city's characteristics (there is nothing to do, so it is close or far to nothing). 3) The internet, as in the whole country, does not work at all and they say that 'is a temporary problem', it is not, it is a permanent problem since the installation is quite poor. 4) The tv is only in arabic and the hotel says that it changes when more international tourists come (????), but this seems to be permanent. 5) If you do not get the cheapest rate, it is quite overpriced since they consider it a 'luxury' hotel: according to the country's standars, it is 'luxury' but for international travellers, it is quite a normal stay, perhaps 3 or 4 stars.
