Review 3：There is no sign board for the building if you are at the carpark behind of the building. The signboard can only be seen if you are checking in he room by walking along the swimming pool

Review 17：- There were cockroaches and ants in the room which is quite disturbing - Not very generous with drinking water unlike other hotels. We asked for extra drinking water and was told to purchase on our own at the cafe. They dont want to even deliver to the room despite our willingness to pay for the extra bottle. Very inconvenient! - the food served at the cafe are not good.

Review 18：Shower room was very small, room was infested with cockroaches. Dinner and breakfast buffet comprised of four dishes only. Staff only bring the food out of the kitchen for couple of guests at a time when requested.

Review 20：Had to call reception to get pool towels. Sink, shower and toilet compartmentalised- quite tight. Only given 2 bath towels and 1 handtowel per room, stingy on bath cream and shampoo. Hanging clothes/ towels can only be done behind toilet door and shower door. Restaurant? Err.. Do they have one?

Review 24：I booked triple room, paid for triple room but was given a double room. complained and they gave me a new room. but this new room smells badly (cigarette).They did not change the blanket. Since i was so busy that day i did not ask for another room. In the night i couldnt sleep bcoz of the smell. Please improve your service next time.
