Review 1：A gorgeous property in wine country. great breakfast spread. Pool was lovely. Friendly staff. A note to anglophones that the staff didn't speak english - but it wasn't a problem - just be sure to bring a phrase book if you don't speak italian. We cannot wait to return!
Review 2：no disappointments, but because it lies in a rural area you sometimes hear the noise of tractors and other vehicles, we didn't bother.
Review 3：value for money! nice B&B in the middle of the agricultural landscape near Neive, good connections, nice swimming pool area, spacious rooms, wifi, owners Luisa and Massimo are very friendly and helpful. Starting the day with a cappuccino by Massimo is wonderful! He makes the best!! Very good restaurants in Neive (5 minutes by car), like L'Aromatorio and Degusto. The food and wine in this region is really the best of Italy!
Review 4：Noisy roads at night. Rooms not cleaned/refreshed during our stay. Need a car to get food/to get to restaurant. Location for traffic noise, fri/sat disco noises from across the valley.
Review 5：The pool on a hot summer's day makes up for a lot. Friendly owners. Lovely views. Were encouraged to use breakfast food to avoid having to go out for lunch. Location for views.

Review 7：Close to everything - Neive, Barbaresco, Barolo, Alba. I loved how secluded it was from civilization, peaceful, and romantic (yes, I had traveled alone but it is one of the location that you want to open bottle of wine and hang out all day at the pool or at least relax after long day of sightseeing). I was welcomed by their four legged seet pie. Right away he was cool with me. Great place for morning run. Just beautiful. Simple. Quiet. CLEAN. Also, the owner suggested to put heat later. When I got back my room was very cozy :) thank you.

Review 9：Massimo and his wife Luisa are incredibly nice. We had a warm welcome in their wine cellar with some bottles of wine and cheese. You feel immediately at home. The view on the landscape is amazing. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Review 12：The management/owners of Cascina Gaione, Luisa and Massimo were excellent hosts. Their property was exceptionally well maintained, incredibly clean and they were most accomodating. Luisa was so very helpful in obtaining vineyard tours at the local wineries. She found us the vineyards and made the reservations for us and even came by to see if our visit was gooing well. I highly recommend a stay at their cascina. I forgot to mention that breakfast was wonderful.
Review 13：It's a pity that the windows didn't have screens: no airco (which we didn't need anyway), but sleeping with open windows never advisable. The wifi didn't work in our room, only when we were in the courtyard, close to the main house. The lounge chairs at the swimming pool didn't have matrasses on, which made them really hard. Also, not enough chairs available.
Review 14：Nice restored house in between the vineyards. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Nice swimming pool and courtyard. Friendly owner, who offered breakfast in his bar in town (which we didn't find initially, since our GPS didn't recognize the street name)

The location is perfect for exploring the Langhe. Being in the countryside is very peaceful and the town of Neive is very close with lots of options for meals. The facilities are in perfect condition - everything seemed brand new and spotless.
