Review 1：The parking is relatively far from the property. There is no ability to book (to get) a breakfast, just to prepare by yourself in the kitchen or, for example, to use nice nearest hotel's restaurant for 7 euro per diner.
Review 2：Cooperation of landlord for our requests. Invested and designed interier, interesting old house, rich home library, ability to touch in private life of intelligent home. We booked really late, but the flat was ready when we arrived.
Review 3：interior - obviously designed by the owner himself (an architect), in a historic building near the lake. It`s not a typical holiday home, but rather the tasteful furnished maisonette of a good friend. We had fantastic days in Casa Ferrari, thank you!!!
Review 4：By honest mistake they had forgotten to take some food from the fridge after the last residents. We told them about it and the lady cleaned the fridge so good that after it was like new, no better than new.
Review 5：Very nice two store apartment. Obvious that great care has been put into every last detail. Located next to the lake and at the pizzeria ,down the street and to the right (100-200 meters) you can find the best pizza in northern Italy (i have traveled from Venice to Florence, from Rimini to Torrino). I was travelling with my 5 year old and my parents who are in their sixtees. We all loved this apartment and we wanted to stay longer. There was no booking on the day of our departure so the owner/manager told us we could leave when we wanted (free of charge) Stop looking and book this apartment!!
