Review 1：Didnot perform the housekeeping for overnight guest, only do the housekeeping when the check out process.

Review 3：Cleanliness and facilities. Bed sheet and toilet is quiet dirty. Air conditional doesn't work well and staff doesnt allow us to change when we first request.
