Facing Lake Maggiore, Camping Solcio is in Lesa. It features a private beach, and a restaurant with terrace. The caravans have a furnished patio, and a free parasol and sun loungers for the beach.
The self-catering accomodation comes with a furnished veranda, and mosquito nets. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate living/dining area with a TV, and satellite channels.
At Solcio Camping guests can have breakfast at the on-site snack bar, or have meals at the pizzeria with views on the lake.
A small super market, open in July and August, is available, and a table tennis area too. You can take a 15-minute drive to reach the ferry that goes to the Borromean Islands located in the middle of the lake.

Review 1：no kettle or toaster. although they advertise sky tv we found none channels available. MOSQUITOS EVERYWHERE

Review 3：The shop inside the camp is too small and only serves limited variety of beverages. May be worth trying to put some other commodities, food stuff, fruits... The beach on the lake is very rocky. They charged me for the final cleaning without discussion. it was supposed to be optional just in case that I fail to do it myself

Review 4：Clean, well maintained. Very close to Stresa where all the attractions are. Generally the place is excellent for couples and adult people. For families with little kids it better try to find some other place with more fun for children

Review 5：Beautiful environment, good place for relaxing, very good location (Stresa is within easy reach), well-equipped mobile home, comfortable beds. There is a supermarket near the campsite.
