Review 1：Super puffed up pillows, we all just slept on towel made pillows. shuttle does leave on time

Review 2：Clean room, great view on pool deck. Pity there was a function there couldn't swim

Review 3：Staff is not helpful. We told them one day before that we would leave hotel early in the morning and would like have our breakfast packed, but they forgot, and in the next morning, they couldn't find any packing boxes so we had to use plastic bags. And they couldn't tell much information, instead they recommend the trip of their own hotel which is far more expensive than normal. The location is close to the airport but far away from the touring centre.

Review 5：This hotel should not even be called a hotel. We arrived after midnight, to find not enough towels, and that housekeeping has closed. What kind of hotel does not have housekeeping 24 hours. The next day, we came backafter lunch only to find that our room was not cleaned. We were told by the staff that normally they don't clean the rooms because we've only just checked in the day before. We were also told that this is a common policy shared with all hotels in the world, which was really weird as I have stayed in many hotels and I've never encountered this policy. Do note that Rooms were all smoking rooms so there is that smell in the room. Carpet in the hallways were dank and dirty (literally, you can see the stains all over). Please also note that they do not have towels in the pool and that extra towels need to be requested to housekeeping. Towels all smell of mold! The pool is tiny and dirty! There were two lounge chairs, and one was broken! This is seriously the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Location is bad, not walking distance to anywhere.

Review 11：Wifi never worked, location is not too good, staff (1 young male) atthe reception was rude, unhelpful, he lied and most probably madefraudulent transactions through our Visa card details. Luckily I foundout and anz won't proceed the transactions. I wouldn't go toSky Hotel again.

Review 13：We had booked for a 3 bedroom premier apartment which we couldn't use so had to have a delux double which we weren't very happy with but were so tired we just agreed but would have been nice to have a premier room which we had paid for. Beds were like rocks very uncomfortable unless you like hard bed lol

Review 14：Modern hotel , 5 minute walk to the epi epi centre and waterfront but it was far to hot to walk and costs about 20myr to get a taxi . Rooms were clean and lovely decorated. Room loft pool was lovely :-)

Review 19：Orgiinal, the hotel has shuttle bus service to downtown three times on each day. However, their staff told me that the car is under repairig such that no shuttle service provided. At last, they transport us to downtown by their car and charge us RM20.

Review 20：Hotel is rather new. Room is very clean. Breakfast is varied. Service of check-in amd check-out is quick. Walking to downtown is about 15 - 20 mins.

Review 25：Breakfast only start at 0730 hours (late for guest like me when daylight is 0600 hours and most meetings are at 0800 hours some distance away when taking into consideration of the terrible traffic!) and even the breakfast spread is 'horrible' when compared with other similar hotel of same rating. The reception for check in took ages and have to wait some 20 mins when all details are already in the system. As a business traveller maybe the last time I will patronize the hotel as I have others to chose from!

Review 27：I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite, so I actually got more than what I paid for. The hotel is brand new and good design and layout. No frills and no special luxury, but all one would need to get from an hotel stay. Highly recommended.

Review 40：1) When we first arrived, the aircond seems not to be working & leaving us felt very hot, the toilet bowl was not properly clean. There's a hole on top of the shower area. 2) The breakfast is not much of choices and the staff seems not to know many things. getting an omelette is like forever. 3) The housekeeper did not provide a fresh towel for the whole family & floor mat for the toilet on the third day & we have to request for it but they gave us pool towels (how can a hotel run out of towels). 4) There's only one cloth cabinet which is in the master bedroom. They should provide more place to hang our clothes & other things. 5) They provide the kitchenette but there's no cooking utensils for us to cook/ heat up food & there's no plates & cutlery for us to use.

Review 41：Since we arrived in KK quite early & we reached Sky Hotel around 11 am, I'm very glad that we can immediately check in. I like that the apartment is spacious so it's sufficient for the whole family as there's nine of us. The bed & pillows are nice since they're still new. The staff are very attentive & helpful.

Review 42：1. The 1st room which was given was with bad smoking smell in the living room, and very bad smell which i couldn't describe in the toilet. I called receptionist for me to change room but i was told that they will send officer to my room to check before i could change the room. It took another 40mins but no one actually coming even i call again. In the end, it took almost 1 hour for me to change the room and the bad smell has totally spoiled our mood. 2. The variation of the buffet breakfast is quite limited and most of the food refilled very very slow which remained empty from the beginning i started until i finished my breakfast 3. Need to go to lobby for the parking ticket then to carpark everytime if wanted to enjoy the free parking service

Review 48：A bit far off from town, the shutter bus only provide ONE-way service,according to the reception. The taxi that they called did not know hisway, and be prepared to pay more when you called for a taxi, no othertransport...If you are going to the gym at noon, be prepared to on theair-cond on your own, on the treadmill on your own.

Review 50：We stayed here for 5 days. Hotel is located 15 minute walk from centre. Some staff good but some weren't. Toilet seat was broke we were told it would be fixed and it wasn't. Rooms were nice but no utensils in the kitchen which was odd. Swimming pool was shut whilst we were there.
