Review 1：1. Two single beds pushed together were lumpy and uncomfortable 2. Air conditioner did not work 3. Shower rose sprayed and leaked everywhere

Review 5：I don't speak Italian, and this hotel speaks little English. Communication was very difficult. The towels were like sandpaper when they were dry, and smelled horrible once they were wet. This property has surely never heard of fabric softener, and I wonder how thy truly "wash" towels and linens. Seems like they just put them In a worm room to hang and dry.
