Review 1：front desk staff always not around and no privacy when u can heard staff talking to each other laughing and running here there,as a guest i need little bit more privacy and this place is totally crap!
Review 2：Staff was rude. Room had no hot water. No parking allocated for guest. The traffic around the area is bad. Upon check out overheard staff arguing with guest for printing of receipts. Very rude.
Review 3：The room is too small. Towels are not provided at the room so you have to ask.

Review 11：There's no lift!! And the staff doesn't even help to carry luggage. No window, no wifi ( they do not provide access to guests) The room was also smelling of smoke the next day, probably because of a connecting door. I moved to another hotel after only 1 day, though I booked for 3 nights.

Review 19：The photos in the booking website was not like in the real deal. The room looked big and spacious in the photos, but when we entered inside, it was so compact. I don't ustd why I had to pay RM 118 for a night where the room was small, no fridge, and no proper cupboard to store things

After we requested to change the new room, the second room is better than the first one, but smoke and smell is significant enought to be causing the comfort of the stay. The poor staff attitude during check in and check out, it took us about 20 minutes when we requested to print the new invoice. The staff have to wake up the manager from the sleep, the manager attitude is bad!! I won't stay in this hotel again.
Review 24：I didn't like that the air conditioning was facing the bed and did not work properly. Seems to be always very cold, despite the temperature at 26 degrees.

Review 26：No lift services and stairs on each level are filled with cleaning kits which can be major THREAT in case of emergency and evacuation! Management should take this issue seriously and clear them ASAP! The parking has been an issue during peak hours. Management should have acquired more parking spaces. Suspect management didn't clean the bedspread properly, body itching during sleeps.
Review 27：It's value for money compared to other budget hotels out there. Although the room is a bit tiny but it still can fit 2-4 person. And the toilet is considered spacious and clean.

Review 32：I arrived at 2.30pm but my room wasn't ready & have to wait for another 30mins before I can check in. I got a non-soundproof room at ground floor & can't rest well as I can hear from my room the reception telephone that kept on ringing & someone at the front turn on the radio out loud & karaokeing to it in the evening. The shower wasn't that warm either even when I turn it to full hot.
Review 33：The bed was comfortable & environment was quiet at night time thus I can rest very well. There're lots of cafes & restaurants nearby the hotel. The hotel is clean too because it is new.
Review 34：I checked in around 1am, tired after working. I got the room on the ground floor, a few rooms away from the reception. I can basically here phone ringing, people talking, basically almost everything. Woke me up few times from the phone ringing. And then the shower, hot water is not hot. Its slightly warm but definitely shivered while showering. The good thing is both the two points above is easily mitigated. Good luck!
