Review 1：The toilet is too high. Not convenient for children and old folks. Floor in the room subject to wear and tear and need to replace. The room having some strange smell when enter.

Review 3：Hard to find parking space. Request for extra pillow or towel can be made during office hours only. Chained lock in our room was damaged.

Review 5：1.at first , i booked online using booking.com and choose room type b,and i have make a request for late check in. Unfortunately, when i arrived, the reception informed me that room type b fully booked and he gave me room type c which is more expensive and over budget. 2. The reception was not friendly and very rude. 3. The room price included breakfast but we dont get any food, when we go to the breakfast room, there is no food left and the plate and cup are full on the table. There is no cleaner or person in charge to top up the food and clean the table. So we need to go outside and find for breakfast. 3.the toilet are dirty and smelly. 4. Just because we check out late 30min, the reception an indian man , get angry with us and just throw my deposit money on the counter without giving any receipt at all..there is no manners at all. 5.eventhough the price is affordable it dont mean that the hotel can do anything they want to us as a customer. I dont reccomend this hotel at all..

Review 8：Not the typical budget hotel. Nice decor from the lobby till the room. No headache bout food and such. Alot of eating places n convenient store 24/7. Even have free bus service nearby to Subang and other buses are also available nearby. Love the place and the people!
Review 9：the staf are not very friendly, guest should waiting until more than 10 minute for check out and can't consider with the delay check out time. It is make me so frustrated as a first time guest.

Review 13：We were given an executive non window room! The price is a bit expensive for the quality of the place.The shower is so close to the toilet you ended up with a wet toilet seat! If you have knee or hip problem it will be difficult to get up the step into the bathroom. The place needs refurbishment.

Review 19：when my family & i went to the cafe, there is no staff around to assist the guest. The table was full with used plates,flies-no one clean it. When we went to the food corner to take the food, actually there is no more food left behind but no one fill up...so actually they advertise breakfast included BUT all the buffet tray was empty... so considered breakfast with empty food..
