Review 3：My initial expectation from the "corporate" looking hotel was a cliché picture of bad and expensive food and arrogant service. My husband and I were presently surprised to find great restaurant serving Italian specialities and brilliant wines. We had a car and hotel provided large car part free of charge. This was our last night in Italy and the stay made the whole trip faultless.

Review 4：The rooms are not exactly soundproof as stated. Can hear next door rooms and also rooms above very loud if moving a chair across the floor. Shuttle bus costs money. 15Euro if you are only one taking the bus.

Review 13：Not the hotel's fault, as ignorant people also sometimes stay in hotels. My wife and I were attacked, insulted and verbally abused by 2 oriental females at departure on Sunday morning, 4th October. They had booked the 7:30AM shuttle for a flight where the boarding gate closed at 8AM, and then ranted and raved at everybody else because they were under pressure!!! Crazy behaviour, but then they pulled our bags from the bus at the airport and dumped them on the wet ground, then ran off and did not even pay the unfortunate driver who had also been viciously abused by them.

Review 15：We got the Junior Suite at a very good price so I am not going to comment based on my cost but based on the general experience. We had the impression the hotel room has been furnished long time ago which is not in line with the price tag, and shower cabin was worn. Breakfast was ok, but as some other guests pointed out we didn't find it in line with a 4 star hotel level.

The shuttle bus to get us to the airport was arranged for 7am and we then discovered that breakfast serving begins at 7am - therefore making it impossible for us to have a meal. Biscuits and lukewarm coffee were available at the bar, but that was all. For an airport hotel, used to guests leaving and departing at unusual hours, this was very poor. No offer was made to refund the breakfast cost. The hotel was some distance out of Pisa so we wanted to eat our evening meal there. We were told that dinner would probably be served in the outside area - a covered pavement area overlooking the carpark and the ring road and not at all what we'd expected from a 4* hotel. There was no choice in this. Fortunately, it was decided to allow guests to use the inside bistro area as it was a little breezy. We'd have gone into Pisa otherwise.

Review 23：Stayed here one night after arriving late in the evening to Pisa airport. Located in the middle of nowhere, so got there by taxi. Approximately 12-15 Euro, 5 minutes drive from the airport. Took a walk to Pisa central station the day after, approximately 30 minutes walk. Nice room, really cold thanks to AC. Breakfast ok.

Review 32：One of the rooms had a strong smell of mothballs which was from the throw on the bed which, even after airing with the window open, was still strong. The other room had a problem with the lock when trying to open the door (but we reported this at check out and they apologised and said it would be investigated). The breakfast was very oddly set out, which required you to walk around first in order to plan what exactly you would have (for example the butter wasn't with the bread and neither was the toaster). The rooms were located on the 3rd floor and there was quite a lot of noise from the rooms above, indicating not very good soundproofing within the hotel however we all still had a good night's sleep.

Review 48：We wanted to book transfer to the airport, but the staff at the receipton advised to book this on the last day before checking out. We returned on the last evening to book the transfer however the receptionist said there were no cars available. So it was the first time when we experienced ignorant behaviour of staff . He didn't care how we get to the airport. Finally we called the taxi. Every morning the bread rolls were too dry and crusty.

Review 52：I was fine with walking to get around Pisa, but it could be challenging for older visitors. It is about a 30-45 minute walk to the main section of Pisa, and the first leg of the trip is a highway-like road with no sidewalk.

Review 54：Air conditioning did not work despite speaking to reception on a number of occasions about this. Engineer called, said there was a problem and he would try to fix. No fix, and had to sleep with the window open. As the hotel is close to a main road there was constant traffic late at night and from the early morning, the result was a poor nights sleep.

The hotel is basicly a conference center with very little to offer except rooms and conferencehalls. Is supposed to be an airport hotel, but is a 7 minute drive from the airport and a 20€ taxi ride from the city. Terrible location in an industrial zone. Nothing else to see or do close by. If you sit in the bar or resturant for a drink or meal, you see directly over to the check-in counter, and get the feeling you are sitting in the lobby. Very cozy! We stayed here on our way home, with an early flight. When we got to Pisa, we stayed in a cozy home, with a incredible host, for half the price. I suggest you do the same.

Review 77：Totally overpriced, for an extremely basic room, with very dated decor. It might look ok from the outside, but it's totally grim inside. While proximity to airport is good, it's necessary to get a taxi anywhere as it's not close to a train station and isn't located in a good area. An extremely disappointing end to our wonderful holiday in Florence. It would have been far cheaper, and much more enjoyable had we stayed an extra night in a 4 star hotel in Florence and gotten an early bus to Pisa airport, instead of wasting our money on this place. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your money on this place.

Review 90：We stayed here for 2 nights after flying into Pisa Airport, en route to a friends wedding in Lucca and we loved the hotel. It takes less than 10 mins by taxi from the airport and you can even slightly see the airport from the hotel so it had great links! Everything about the hotel was great and the staff really helped us with every question and recommendation. There is a great supermarket just up the street which you can even buy dinner from if you wanted to eat what we wanted...pizza :) From the receptions suggestion, we visited a beautiful beach in Terenia, caught the bus easily and spent a full day which was brill. Overall we would return if ever visiting Pisa again.

Review 91：Just one thing. The so-called "continental" breakfast was very small with a few pastries and a little bit of lukewarm coffee . It was supposed to be "American style" coffee but the coffee cups were very small, like espresso cups.You were also on your own as there was nobody around to assist. So, do not count on any nutricious or satisfying breakfast! You will be disappointed.This part could be improved with little additional cost to greater visitors' satisfaction. My advice: bring protein bars for breakfast & hope for hot coffee!

(Incidentally she uses this hotel all the time , it came up on bookings.com initially as 79 euro, next time she checked in it was 85 for a double room, which she booked, but although the printed out form said double room but at end said 1 person the receptionist at the desk added 20 euro on we were stunned !! 104 euro for a mediocre double room. Impersonal large empty foyer, difficulty with wifi, bedroom almost smelt of smoke but we think it was the air-conditioning ! Having to get and pay a taxi on arrival in Pisa to the hotel.They do not provide a 'free' shuttle bus from the airport which many airports do. Then to cap it all off I am positive that one of my good gold earrings fell off in the bed and I didnt realise it till in Pisa airport the next morning. We telephoned the receptionist who said he searched the bed etc but no luck. When we arrived in Alghero our friend sent a picture of the earring by email and no luck in finding it. I do not believe they were that busy it seemed very quiet to us. I dont think I would recommend this hotel and as regards bookings.com Im so annoyed it was a double room booked at an already too expensive amount compared to other deals I usually get !

Review 111：We arrived at 1am with 3 young children; the check-in process was extremely smooth, the front desk staff were friendly, patient and went out of their way to please us. The next morning we turned up 5 min. before the end of breakfast however we were not made to feel rushed, instead the staff couldn't have done more to try and ensure the kids had everything they needed and even more. We ended up being there half an hour after closing time, we left a tip on the table and later on, when we were checking out, one of the breakfast staff came to see us to thank us for the tip. This is friendliness and service that you just don't expect in an airport hotel. Bravo!

Review 112：This was advertised as an airport hotel but it was no where near the airport as the road system did not allow easy access. No shuttle bus from the hotel so you had to order a taxi. It would be much easier to stay in the centre of Pisa and either walk or take the bus/train to the airport which is much cheaper.
