Review 1：All staff genuinely great from start to finish. Clean, spacious room and large bathroom. Complimentary mini bar. Great calm Location in city center. Lovely stroll to Portofino. Staff recommeded great restaurant Angolo 48...so delicious and quite affordable!

Review 3：We liked everything about this hotel - from the quality, comfort and cleanliness of the bedroom and its (stunning) en-suite bathroom to the friendly, courteous and very helpful staff. The hotel is very well located being a short walk from the railway station and the promenade and ferry terminal. It is also located next to the town centre shops and restaurants .At the time we stayed there (late October) it was fairly quiet We also enjoyed having our breakfast outside on the terrace!

Review 5：The location is perfect. Walk to anything you want. Near loads of good restaurants, beach, stores and on and on! The staff is excellent. Davide, the owner has a wonderful staff, Annalisa and Charlie are most helpful and very friendly and personable. Nice breakfast, patio and well-kept property.

Review 8：The staff are just lovely, helpful welcoming and accommodating. The location is excellent. Very close to the pedestrian walkway lined with shops, great cafes and restaurants. An easy walk to the beach, ferries and also the train/bus station. The complimentary drinks in the fridge was a very nice touch.

Review 12：The staff went over and above to help out with a problem I encountered during my trip. They ended up resolving it for me. The breakfast was great. Santa Margurita Ligure is a beautiful place to stay and a good spot to do day trips from.

The location of the hotel is great ; in a quiet street, and close to everything in Santa Margherita. We had a room next to the terrace and it was perfect. You can't get a nicer place around there.

Review 17：Perfect Location in Santa Margarita di Ligure.. Only 10 minutes walk from train station and just a few minutes walk to the public beach, great cafe's and restaurants. Short bus ride away to both Rapello and Portofino and an hour train journey to the Cinque Terre. We stayed an extra 3 days we loved it so much! Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable room and relaxing.

Review 18：unfortunately we were overcharged by mistake. This was quickly identified by the staff member, but the return of credit to our credit card took 30 days.

Review 22：Parked rental car in Disabled slot outside MA. Had to move it due to narrow street and other traffic issues - ran into concrete bollard in road and damaged car. Repaired it myself. Bollard should be repainted!!

Review 25：There are no baloney in the room. The room is dark and little bit stuffy. The hotel doesn't have kitchen so for breakfast you have sandwiches, yougurt and cakes. But everything is very fresh and delirious.

Additionally they were so helpful and responsive during our whole stay, we would recommend the MA to anyone. Good breakfast included, and a very good location.

Review 30：Close to train station and the town centre. Helpful staff. They checked out the weather for us and helped us with directions to the Cinque Terra. They also arranged a good packed breakfast for us with lots of fruit when we had to leave for the train station on our last day of stay.

Review 32：Location. Very helpful staff. They were in contact with us as soon as we booked giving directions to hotel and offering any kind of assistant. They also recommended an excellent restaurant near the hotel for our diner. Hotel is very basic, but very comfortable. Had a ground floor nice room with a patio. Breakfast is limited, but good value for money. Was only Euro 10 for both of us.

Review 33：The Hotel is nice, update and clean. Rooms are very spacious, clean and very comfy especially the shower is amazing!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. As mentioned earlier the venue is perfectly located in the centre of SML, also close to train station.

Review 40：The hotel is not easily recognisable as such. The frontage has the appearance as an office building. The satnav directions were not correct so it took a while to find it even though the hotel had given instructions.

Review 45：Everything! Staff were extremely helpful, place was easy to find and in the best location, close to ferry port, train station and the centre of town. Breakfast was great with a huge variety and the staff even got a takeaway bag ready for us in the morning when we mentioned that we had to catch an early ferry.Never had an issue with WiFi and room and bed were so comfortable and clean. There is a large outdoor patio area with many seats that you can use throughout your stay & we did this several times. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other travellers.

Review 52：Central location gave easy access to boat, train & bus services, all of which we used to visit many great places in the locality. The hotel is two minutes walk from the historic centre of the town with a choice of good restaurants, as well as bars for aperitivi and watching the world go by. Breakfast was good. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made our stay so pleasant.

They made our visit very pleasant and enjoyable. We will always have very happy memories from here. The buffet breakfast in the garden was well presented and enjoyable.
