Review 7：Cleanliness - Aside from the blood stained bedsheet and pillow and some hair strand on the bed (this make me question whether they change after each customer stay. When ask the staff to change it, he gave me a look and complain in some language I couldn't understand), overall the room is acceptable clean. Facilities - Flat screen in the room I stayed not work well, signal for channels not clear and wifi is not working in the room. Quality of sleep - Can't sleep comfortable. I stayed there for 4 nights and every night I am awaken by either loud knocking/banging on door from neighbor room or someone is shouting loudly in the middle of the night (seems like trying to access the room but couldn't).
Review 8：Convenient access to shopping complex such as Sunway Pyramid, One City Sky park and Main Place. Even though this is a budget hotel, their bathroom is acceptable clean with towel and soap provided.
Review 9：For RM70 and above im paying there is no complementary coffee or water. Plus sharp 12.10pm were ask to come out immediately. There is an indian man from india i think is the front office. Unless other budget hotels are more friendly than this and also don't asked customers to leave immediately.
