Review 1：Cleanliness a disgrace, we mopped floor ourselves with a towel as within 2 minutes of shoes off feet were black, no breakfast on 2nd or 3rd day which was meant to be as we had paid and on 1st day breakfast was very average and quite poor quality for paying what we paid. On arrival were charged $50 australian more for our stay which we were told was tax which then made the cost even worse value for money, we had no hot water for 3 days as they turn it off. Overall would not stay again

Review 4：The hôtel is well situated to explore the city. Only 5 minutes à way from city center. The personnel was really helpful and nice. Everything we wanted was provided to us.

Review 5：the biggest negative was the room temperature, although this would be an advantage in the summer. the a/c doubles as heating but even when put on maximum the room is around 20deg, ideal for sleeping but you do feel a bit chilly as the floor is really cold! bring slippers!! doors could do with a rubber sealing around them

Review 6：the hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the centre streets so not so much noise but an easy few minutes from everywhere. the staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. the breakfast was huge with local and european foods, sweet and savoury. there are 3 floors, the rooms on the back have balconies in the sun which is lovely. the rooms are all similar but some of the (small) bathrooms have baths and others not. there are 450 tv channels, mostly arab but there are some english french and italian channels. the rooms (except the doors) are very well soundproofed and I could hear no noise from the other rooms although they were occupied. there is a fridge in the room which you can plug in and use, a/c, and a lovely thick blanket for the winter nights. very comfortable bed and sheets!

Review 7：Friendly staff and nice double room with good facilities (private WC). Located near the city center. But easy to park the car, if you need. Average breakfast. Good wireless connection.

Review 8：This was our "budget stay" hotel on a trip to Jordan so could spend money elsewhere and it exceeded our expectations. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you have a fun stay in Madaba. They helped us arrange beach access at the Dead Sea. The rooms and beds are average but I expect that is what you would find in the rest of Madaba as well! Simple and pleasant is exactly what you need for a quick trip through Madaba. Very close to the airport.

Review 9：The Hotel was hosting a big group of tourist. They have been slamming doors and shouting in the corridors literally all night long. Making for us impossible to have any rest. No one from the staff has bothered to ask them to be quiet, even after complaining, this is unacceptable. Due to the big number of guests in the morning there was no hot water.

Review 10：very clean and near to the city centre and mosaics - Madaba is a really nice city to visit perfect for your 1st or last day in Jordan. Kind staff at breakfast, Not helpful in managing other noisy and bad mannered clients in the hotel.

Review 11：We stay at Dellilah Hotel for 2 nights, the firt night was very good but at the second night was a big group at the hotel and it was noisy, may be the isolation is not so good!

Review 15：Fairly dirty side street, but to be fair, most of Madaba is characterized like this whether a side street or main street. Included breakfast is more for the extremely famished, but there are a few items to get the grumble out of your stomach.

Review 16：Staff was very accommodating, friendly, helpful, and personally of a very high caliber. Both times I stayed at the hotel, two separate clerks put me in a quiet end of hallway so that I could get uninterrupted rest upon arrive the first time and departure from Jordan the next time. Additionally, on the morning of my departure I drove off from the front door with one of my bags still on the side walk. After a local student alerted the clerk about the stranded luggage on the curb (THANK YOU whoever you were!), the clerk called my international mobile phone to inform me of the left luggage. Truly amazing! An excellent and affordable alternative to staying at the one hotel next to the airport, which was roughly 30 minutes away.

Review 17：Breakfast buffet has reduced open schedule : was closed at 10:00 and not open at 7:45.

Review 24：Although the room and beds were confortable, we had a very disturbed night when someone arrived al 1:30 and was given room opposite our and kept screeming, phoning, walking along the corridor all night, even after we knocked at the door to complain. Early breakfast was quite disappointing.

Review 27：Our stay was very comfortable. We stayed the night before heading to the airport and the location was fine for that. The hotel also has good proximity to shops and mini-marts. Staff was amazing...came down to the lobby at one point to find them dancing with my kids. Great folks! Breakfast was not the best we had while in Jordan but certainly not the worst by any stretch. Really great place!

Review 31：The hotel is brand new. Everything is lovely and clean. The room was very nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was the best! Very kind and helpful. They even arranged a taxi for us from the airport late at night. They helped us to get food late from a local restaurant that was delicious. If you go to Madaba, this is the place to stay for sure.

Review 32：Wifi works inside rooms on the first floor but not in rooms in thesecond, although bathrooms are better in the latter.

Review 34：Its a friendship Hotel. The whole staff are friends who opened the hotel just two months ago. They do a lot that you feel well. The morning buffet comes with Jordanien food also with jam. Its a christian hotel, so they serve Drinks at there own bar, where do you can talk with the staff and enjoy the evening.
