Review 3：It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and almost the same time to the nearest supermarket. Not too much but under the sun and 35 degrees, it can be quite tiring. There is a free bus transportation to the beach though and the stop is close.
Review 4：Accommodation is very clean, simple and relatively spacious. AC was positioned very well to cool all rooms, which is very important in August on Sicily. There is a tennis court, a nice outside siting area and an underground parking, which can be quite useful. Owners were very friendly and helpful, although a bit better knowledge of English would be good.
Review 5：The best part is the view of the mountain! We had a two bedroom room with a balcony and a kitchenette. The convenience of the kitchenne was great because we were able to buy fresh cheese, prosciutto and fruits! The area was very quiet and it was about a 1/2 mile away from the beach, still very convenient with the free bus near by to the beach. My husband and I would definitely go back in the future!
Review 6：- It can be a little far to go to main street and beach. The 10 mins are due-able but don't forget to buy anything at the supermarket. - Walls are a little thin for the noise isolation (between flats)

Review 8：1. Though apart is new it is not sound proof, so you can hear your neighbours a lot. Our neighbours had a baby, so we could hear it crying a lot, can be annoying sometimes when you really want to relax.

Review 11：First of all - Puccio a person managing appartments is very nice and spent a lot of time guideing us about local attractions. Appartment was brand new, kitchen was fully equiped, balcony was large, car part in basement was also convenient. Distance to the beach is around 800m, but acceptable. Double bed was awesome. Appartments are quiet and the city they are located out of the season gives you a chance to relax during holidays

Good location if you want a bit of quite on a night with a beautiful view of the mountins, about 10 min walk to the lovely beach of San Vito lo capo. Review 13：The water was extremely salty and even brushing teeth had to be done using bottled water. The bathroom constantly smelt disgusting and the shower was tiny. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the centre and became a chore by day 2!

Review 15：I would definitely recommend an upstairs unit for a quieter stay. If you are without kids it would be nice to stay closer to town as Boa Vista is located in the suburbs of San Vito.

He was very gracious in letting us check in early, provided a crib for our infant, and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants etc. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It is an ideal place for a family. The town and beach were walking distance.

Review 18：this is a great place to stay for enjoying beuatiful sea and beach of San vito lo Capo. Boa Vista is away from noisy turist street so you can really enjoy terrace. Place was superbly clean, good wi-fi, we had everything that we need for perfect vacation. Owner - Puccio was great, he speaks good english and was always helpful when we needed him. If I'm ever back in this beautiful part of Sicily I'll be definetly booking Boa Vista apartment. ( when rooms are finished on the top of the building, this place will be 11 of 10 )

Review 29：Great location, away from noisy tourist hotspots but only short walk to beach. Excellent staff, really thoughtful and helpful. Good facilities, new, clean and convenient.
Review 30：We stayed for about a week and no one cleaned the apt. Someone did enter the apt at some point as to bring a new lamp, for one of the rooms, but no cleaning. We had to use the same towels for the whole period and to; the guy said that there is a problem with the garbage pick-up in the months before june and he recommended me to go and leave it to a disposal place. Buy toilet paper in advance, as we never got a new one and when one realises that, the shops might be closed... Though the building is new it retains humidity in some places. The water is heated with a boiler in the apt, therefore the 2nd shower-er is more or less left without hot water. The gas in the kitchen comes from a canister which might become a problem if it finishes (considering the garbage issue..). No mosquito nets at the windows.
Review 31：The guy that welcomed us, gave us directions on how to get there, info about wifi pass, places to eat and how to get to the beach. The apt had almost all the needed functionalities, including a Bidet. It is newly constructed and except for a can opener and a peeler it had all the necessary kitchen items. It had 2 balconies, one quite big. There is an inside parking also.
