In the midst of the night when we were requestedto change the car for going to airport they forced us to take a very oldbad car and when we came back they took the car and didnt returned it.When it was informed to staff and duty manager they agreed to give aquery and give a call and till we left malaysia they didnt. Also weexpect the booking.com to give the best rate than direct booking tohotel. BUt for 3 nights booking.com gave us the deal as 588.6 rm plustaxes without breakfast, but when we checked in we found that they wereoffering 168.00 rm per day all inclusive of taxes, breakfast for 2 andwelcome drink for 2 also. If this is the case how we can expect thatbooking.com genius booking is the best.

Review 12：Noise from next room, you can hear the TV and everything from the next room, I mean it, everything Noise from constructions, the hotel is having a renovation which is not mentioned, you hear hummers and drilling at midnight, and specially early morning Bed was not very clean, you can judge from the white sheets which wasn't so white, some parts brownish Ordered a burger and got a spaghetti, because they don't serve burgers at night, and the operator thought that she heard me saying burger, huh! If you're used to have your shower with a hot water, then you'll have to wait at least 5 to 10 mins to get hot water from the shower

At the basement there were parking lots labelled at The Summit Hotel and we parked there. When we informed the reception during check in we were told to remove our cars because it was reserved for their management only. Funny it wasn't labelled as 'Management Only'. Poor overall management.

Review 21：I chose this hotel only because it was near my conference site. The room was dirty with basic furnishings. The concierge ignored me and continued talking to another person. I ordered room service and it was terrible. I checked out earlier to go to a different hotel. The ongoing construction made everything worse.

Review 39：1. Need to endorse the parking ticket at counter every time (not everyday) go out, and only effective for 15 mins, even car is parked within same Summit mall. Can't you link it to hotel room card like Touch n Go? 2. Only one Internet ID provided for one device, means if you login using iPhone, later you logout, you can't use it in iPad or laptop. I stayed a few days and ended up I have few Internet slips password. This is ridiculous for a big hotel. Even 3 stars hotel provide unlimited wifi for guess. Admit it, you are out dated; 3. Lifts from car park and lobby to room are old and shaking! Lack of maintenance and it was scary; 4. No specific car park for guess, need to compete with shopping mall visitors, luckily the place under renovation and next to Da Men construction and not crowded. The lift in car park was not clearly marked and difficult to find, not convenient if have many luggages; 5. No towel at swimming pool, even after request for half hour. Phone on the rack full of dusts because pool is open air next to the Da Men construction and LRT construction; 6. Pity the staff who need to handle so much hustle due to poor management and outdated procedures.

The following day we were having our seminar till 1pm and carried on with buffet lunch. So i only managed to check out at 2pm and the hotel want to charge me extra rm125 for it. This is very unreasonable.
