Review 1：Towel is ragged but still let customer use it.

Review 2：It's convenient only if you have your own transport otherwise there is no cab around. Room is clean but furniture is a bit old.

Review 3：But the heater and air conditioner temperature isn't consistent. It could be very warm and cold even without adjustment.

Review 11：We stayed for 3 nights and every day when we had to go out to anywhere, we have to go to the reception counter just to pay the overnight parking fee for RM10. It's a bother and quite expensive. Other hotels will charge it for free though.

You could spot stains.Tissue box was apparently empty. Need better stronger wifi in the room. Had to stand at the door to get connected !

Review 50：Noise. There are several discos right next to the htl. Worse thanstreets around the hotel is the motorbike race circuit for teenagerswhich is the source of constant terrible noise every night till around 4am. We had booked for 5 nights. But after 2 sleepless nights we had tomove to another hotel sacrificing the money e paid for the rest 3nights. Plus, every cab ride to the city costs you 25 ringits (8 usd)and 20 minutes. Terrible experience.

There was no one to help withluggage, no one to guide me to my room and my request for a room servicemenu was never responded to after three days of asking them to give meone. I personally feel that the hotel is understaffed.
