Review 1：everything! we arrived late due to plane being delayed, called up to inform them that we would not be able to check in within the time specified and they were fine with it. The owner's daughter even met us at the bus stop to make sure we didn't miss the stop!

Review 3：Short walk to central Lenno's restaurants and boat terminal. Very helpful staff, lovely breakfast, free car parking on site. There is a small pebbled beach at the bottom of the road, convenient for swimming.
Review 4：Well, I need to be near villla balbianello for a few nights, so I booked this room the same day i arrived with booking now app, because it was the cheapest and near Lenno. From the Lenno boat station its about 10-15 min walk, but there is one more boat station Campo just few min walk and the bus station is just 2 min walk. There is a nice trattoria and a hotel together. Owners were very friendly.
