Review 1：Beach does not get cleaned in the morning of the dog poop, glass and other removable debris, like the other hotels on the beach do, saw dogs allowed to poop in ocean right in front of hotel, a pile of poop sat in the sand for the last three days of our stay and no one came to rake it up.

Review 3：The door of the restroom was impossible to close and the guy of the each bar of Love residence was unfriendly: the receptionist told us the possibility to take deckchairs on the beach to have our drinks at 5.30 pm but the beastly guy of the bar told us it was impossible because they close at 7.00 pm... which was finally not the case as we leave around 7.30 pm and several pretty girls were still on deckchairs also... The room has a little patio, but the walls are too high, it looks like a prison, with the busy street behind it. During high season, it should not be nice to stay outside...
Review 4：We liked the location of the room behind the nice beach of Grand Case, very close to the airport (Esperance) and close to a wide choice of restaurants and bars.
Review 5：Certainly no bad experience, but have to say I was surprised to find two beach beds on our terrace (Under cover) as there are many on the beach. We had to request a small table and two chairs (which may I add was delivered in 5 minutes) so we could sit at night overlooking the water with a glass of wine. We also ate at this table on three occasions so am puzzled as to why these are not standard. Apart from this 100% happy.

Review 7：I checked in at 2pm and it was so easy, not alot of paperwork or even your typical reception area. The check you in at the Love Bar and Restaurant where you enjoy drinks and food with the best view in Saint Martin. They showed my room which is two buildings over. There is comfy bed perfectly centered with the balcony and view so it is the first thing you see when you wake up. There is no TV as I really didn't need it but there is WiFi that was able to use and worked perfectly. The location is on the main street in Grand Case where you walk to any restaurant, bar, cafe and there is little mini-market where you can pick up snacks and drinks to keep away from the temptation of the mini-bar in the room which isn't badly priced. I had easy access down the ladder from the balcony to the beach for a nice swim morning or afternoon. I could even set up chairs in the water and enjoy the calm waves wash my feet. Breakfast is served in the morning starting at 9am, so there was need to get up early unless you wanna take a swim which I did after breakfast. Breakfast is fresh bread, orange juice, coffee, and a muffin. There are also fresh crossaints for sale $3, yummy. I really enjoyed the service with a smile and laid back attitude everyone had at this hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I'm thinking of going back for longer already. Review 10：Can't say enough about this place. We stayed in the Residence but spent most of our time on the beach at the hotel. Muriel and husband are the best. All the staff is super! Food and drink were as well.
Review 11：Really liked the store / restuarant owner - and a couple of the staff - but in general sullen rudeness from one can sour your entire adventure . Dog poo on beach that staff threw in sea each morning - horrific .

Review 13：After driving around the entire island to check out various beaches, explore, we were always happy to come back to our little residence and our beach. It was definitely the right choice for us, with just the right vibe, not too flashy, but also not too quiet. Our hotel bar was the best - every time we went there we met people from all over the world, and made quick friends. This was also the first time I wasn't looking forward to coming home to my own bed, since the beds at LOVE were soooo comfy!! If you are looking for a boutique experience, I recommend LOVE, and will definitely return next time I visit St. Martin!

Review 18：No real negatives. -Parking is on street but wasn't a problem to find a spot while we were there. There is a $5/day lot across the street. -Most breakfast items are not included in the 'free daily breakfast' -Having a small sailboat or hobiecat to rent would have been awesome
Review 19：-Location right in the middle of grande case beach. -Reasonable rates. -Free basic breakfast items. -Free wifi. -Reasonable prices and good quality of drinks and food at the Love Hotel bar which can be easily charged to your room. -Excellent service (even on the beach). -Room was simple but always clean and comfortable. -Have some water sports right there for extra $. Although expensive, they are competitively priced for the area.
