Review 1：Nothing - everything was fine.
Review 2：Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast - just so much to choose from! Vercelli is really convenient for Milan and Turin if travelling by train.
Review 3：We were walking the Via Francigena and arrived hot and tired. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, suggesting where we could eat dinner, and arranging to serve us breakfast at 6:00 the next morning so we could make an early start.

Review 5：Room and bathroom were clean and the room was a good size. Staff wouldn't let us leave in the morning for our nine hour drive without packing up a couple of croissants for us to eat on the way.

Review 21：We stayed at this hotel last minute as we arrived in Italy a day early. The hotel has a huge private free carpark and is a 5 minute walk into the centre. Clean rooms, good breakfast and convenient.
