Review 1：The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast and dinner was good and value for money. The hotel was in a very quite area and with the Etna in front of you. We recomand this hotel with excellent staff.

Review 8：Couldn't believe how helpful the owner was. The internet was down when we arrived and I needed to do some work. The owner gave me his personal wifi dongle and then got the technician in on a Sunday to repair. The staff did everything they could to help, breakfast was lovely and whole ambiance of the place was fantastic.

Review 10：They switched off our Airconditioning each time we went out of the room, even though it was Summer. When you arrive at night the sprinklers are on and you end up soaked.

Review 24：Windy and sometimes dangerous (for the crazy Sicilian driving style) road to reach it. Fiumefreddo has nothing really interesting, but it's strategically close to many points of interest - Catania, Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Circumetnea train station (in nearby Giarre).
