Review 1：Front office staff, Mr. Nurfais, had to charge my card twice as he forgot to key-in my total amount for 2-nights stay. He also overlooked by date of stay (08th Jan, not 18th Jan) and i had to go down to the reception again to show him my booking dates on Booking.com mobile app. My room window faces hotel's Shout! club & they play loud music until about midnite.. not condusive for tired business travellers (or any guest) looking for a good night's rest

Review 21：During our stay, all the lifts were not functioning well and they were very slow. They have to shut down one lift eventually. On the day of our check out, the elevators did not stop at the lobby level. After waiting and having the elevators by passed us a few rounds, we decided to use the stairs instead. We have to lug our luggage and belongings as we happen to check out that day. Our TV was not programmed properly. The previous guest name was still being reflected on the screen and we were not able to change the TV channels as it was not responding. We decided to just leave it as we were not in the room most of the time.

Review 27：Noise. During the day, noise from construction nearby was constant. In the night time, traffic and train noises were very loud. Need for better sound proofing. Need to have better system for parking ticket validation. Had to wait for a line of people to check in before I could get mine validated on my way out. This coupled with a long wait for the elevator made for a long delay.

Review 36：Excellent value for money. Even though I booked at the last minute, I got a great deal on a massive suite. The hotel doesn't have its own gym, but guests are allowed to use the Fitness First club in the adjoining mall, which was excellent.

Review 39：This hotel dont have any rules that can save the guest privacy...the gsa name gabriell tell my room numb and open my room in the middle of the night...without any permission from me ...eventhough i know the person who came into my room, but i still dont like it..hotel should keep the guest privacy. If i leave message to the counter to allow some name to enter my room, they can open it..but if not, hotel dont have any right to give information to any people who know my name and give my room numb.

Review 45：Overall it's quite a pleasant stay. I personally feel that the bathroom toiletries are not enough, for example, comb, toothpaste & toothbrush, hair conditioner etc, it's quite limited. And the Wi-Fi is not working, only managed to use for few hours and called reception to checked on it but still it's not user friendly.

Review 47：Excellent buffet breakfast - so many choices, so yummy, eat till you drop. The hotel offers a twin king-size bed room that is perfect for 4 pax in 1 spacious room. Location wise - very good as it has its own modern shopping mall with many well-known brands. Not too crowded or not too quiet, so it gives you lots of relaxation when shopping. 10 min taxi ride for 10 ringgit from the hotel to a even bigger and awesome shopping mall called Sunway Pyramid!!! Security wise - so far, so good and so safe.

Review 51：1. Poor quality check on the completeness of toiletries requisites. I have to ask the housekeeping 3 out of 4 days for missing items, such as shampoo, conditioner and bath gel, a new roll of toilet tissue when the holder is empty. Tissue box left with only 4 pieces of paper inside on my first day stay. Cups - i have to wash them myself daily. Besides, the tea cups have tea or coffee stains. no utensil detergent - how to one expect guests to do a good wash? 2. Poor tv channel connection. Lack of international standard. Almost all channels are in Malay language. No cnn channel. Movies have to be paid for viewing. Audio channels are like broken recorder- cannot play on... No pipe in music 3. Except for the comfortable beds, i would think there are lots of improvement to be done to reach international standard ... 4. There are lots of water dripping sounds heard at the study area intermittently and throughout the day and night, especially. Quite creepy and disturbing. 5. Shower area's floor is very slippery especially one has to keep leaving the shower area to take toiletries that have to be places on the latch outside the shower area. Design concept in the shower area is quite inconvenient.

Review 52：Concierge service at the LG was hospitable although they spoke poor English. The bell-boy at the LG lobby is always so smiley. Commendable! Breakfast spread was fine except flies were seen hovering round the Japanese food spread

Review 53：Design of room as there was a long,narrow corridor between the bedroom and the entrance area of the room. Central Aircond located at a corner facing perpendicular to the foot of the bed resulting in poor ventilation.

Review 93：1) The control light doesnt hv individual switch to be selected. 2) Front office didnt inform us that we could not enter the hotel thru the Mall after 10.30pm. We had dinner at Chilis till 11.20pm. We had hard time to enter the hotel as the lift stop funtioning n we had to walk frm 1st flr to d 2nd flr via staircase. On reaching the staircase the glass door was closed. Lucky that the Security frm the Mall managed to contact the Hotel Security where we waited for 15 mins.

Review 95：We stayed 4 pax room but there is only 2 sets toothbrush & cups. Managed to get the toothbrushes after requested for a FEW times which wasted a lots of time which it supposed to be there originally. Requested cups & stirrers through calls and failed to get it in the end, which is shortfall in our room of 4 pax instead of 2 pax. Some front desk staff is not that friendly, never explain properly about the waiving of parking coupon which we have to validate by machine before go out which get us stucked in the car park and got to go to office and get it cleared. Found out no swimming pool with hotel front desk staff after check in which is not supposed to be as facility stated including swimming pool, some more stated above 18 years old only can use. Our room was locked before we check out which we're not made clear earlier and only managed to get it open after requested twice as well. Basically staffs attend to requests and problems are not efficient. Wasted a lots of our times. Please note. Thanks

Review 97：The room is not ready during check in. We're only can get in into our room after 4pm. Luckily there is place (the mall) to hangout while waiting. Another is parking, very hard to get parking, they should reserve parking for hotel guest.

I checked in early; room was not ready; check in counter staff informed me they will put my luggage in my room as soon as the room is ready. When I return back to hotel in evening; I pick up my room key and was told luggage was already sent to my room. Upon entering the room; luggage was no where to be found. I had to went back down to check in counter twice to finally found my own luggage and bring it up to my room; on my own. The staff seems at lost and did not know what to do; which was strange as the luggage was just in front of them. There is a lot of room for improvement for these staffs. Aircon in my room keep showing the sign "maintenance needed".

Review 138：I had a pleasant first stay few months back for business purpose, and Iintend to try again. Too bad I was quite disappointed this time.I have requested for higher room and to have some decoration as I was having anniversary trip. I was quite disappointed when both can't be fulfilled as this are additional requests. When I get in the room, I have made 2 requests to the counter person who came to my room for some payment confirmation 1. Add 1 set of toiletries,as the room only has 1 set at that moment (I did mentioned 2 pax stay) 2. Do some decoration if possible. After I came back, NOTHING has been done. I then called to service counter, only to request for toiletries, and finally someone picked up my call after my 4th tried. When I explained and stated my request, the person don't even bother to say sorry, but she just 'haizz'. WHAT? Is my request for additional set of toiletries ridiculous when you only provide 1 set? She don't even bother to apologize. After 15 minutes, a helper came, and guess what? he brought a long a roll of toilet paper! I wonder if my English is too bad, or there is a bad communication among staff. I was deeply disappointed that my simple request can't even be fulfilled. Until the hotel staff know how to handle client's request, and have a better internal communication, I doubt I will pay a visit again.

Review 140：Breakfast service and menu not much of a variety. The numerous reminder made to the waiter or waitress to top up the food or juices . No waiter to serve hot drinks on the table.

Review 142：The room phone should place at the bed side, not the entrance of the room, not convenient at all. The restroom switch should be at the entrance of restroom, not at the bed side, or maybe place double-switch lights for guest convenience. There should be power point at both bed sides.

Review 144：Entrance to the hotel is unclear. Taxi driver had to ask around on how to drive to the front door. My friend drove 15min just to look for the entrance. My room TV wasn't set up after I checked in. The WIFI account wasn't set up for me as well. The staff simply entered the wrong room# for me when they checked me in. Worst, I called the reception several times, with the phone in my room and the phone next to the elevator, nobody picked up! I had to personally go to the lobby to get all these done.

Review 145：Overall a good hotel, easy access to food and transport, and a mall next to it. I like the room design, which separated workspace and the bedroom area.
