Review 1：Pretty difficult to find parking outside the hotel especially when we're back after a long day out (cause it's cheaper to park outside than the levelled parking provided by the hotel but charges more).

Review 5：Lobby: no seating area for guests (atleast a sofa bench) Room: air con was a bit of a problem (quite warm late at night), felt a bit itchy might be the blanket or the bed linen. Room not quite sound proof as I could hear guests nextdoor.

Review 15：Our room was a bit further away from the elevator. The shower area didn't have a proper place for soap and shampoo when after we use it. The extra pillow wasn't soft and comfy like the other pillows. We can hear noises from the clubhouse on the other side of road till late night, so it was quite disturbing

Review 16：We loved our room view =D we can see the sea and islands as we were on the 9th floor. Room deco's modern and quite clean. And also spacious. The breakfast was not bad, I enjoyed the freshly made scrambled eggs. Many nearby shops and eating places. Went had some fresh seafood at the gerai area with the night street performers at the background singing. One of the best Saturday nights ever!

Review 25：Our second check in was into a Superior Room. This room was a little smaller than a Deluxe Room and had a smaller window and less of a view. Still a good room with plenty of space.

Review 26：We stayed here 3 times during our visit to KK. The first night we were upgraded to a Deluxe room with large bathroom and overlooking the waterfront. Deluxe rooms are quite large and the view was amazing! Ask for a room overlooking the waterfront.

Review 27：Wifi never worked on my tablet. The "helpful" reaction of the receptionist: I can call our IT guy after the weekend! Noisy and crowded lobby and restaurant. Buffet was not timely replenished

Review 29：I booked a twin-bed and non-smoking room but ended-up given a single king bed without the receptionist informing me when I checked-in. And the room smelled ciggy the whole time I stayed there.

Review 31：Staff couldn't recommend anywhere to eat - didn't even mention in-house restaurant we found later. Some bugs in the room. Dirty windows you could barely see out of, even though we paid that little extra for the "view". Smell in the hallway, but not in the room.

Review 34：I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times before and my last visit being in 2013. When i checked-in I remembered the front desk lady and she remembered me as well, which I was pleasantly surprise.

Review 35：They were a bit stingy with the towels, but other than that, I can't complain. Breakfast gave up some peculiar offerings, but that seems to be the norm in this part of the world.

Review 36：The price was right, and the rooms were good. It was an enjoyable stay. There is little to do in the hotel itself, but if you are travelling to Malaysia to sit in your hotel room, the something has to be wrong.

Review 37：Very weak or non existent WiFi connection in the suite. After complaining they sent someone to adjust the router which then worked for a couple of hours only. WiFi was hit and miss in the lobby and dining room also. Sometimes hand towels forgotten after making up room and no facecloths provided at all. Stir sticks for in-room coffee were not replenished after first day.

Review 38：Spacious rooms with extra surfaces for placing and organizing your belongings without having things all over the place. Great ocean view from large panoramic windows of Deluxe Suite. Sound proofed. Could not hear any noise down the halls or neighbouring suites.

Review 47：Being close to the airport approach may upset light sleepers but there are many of the top hotels with the same problem. It is not continuous as there are other approach paths.

Review 48：My whole stay was a joy. The room was well appointed and I slept well in the bed. The staff were so helpful with any enquiries we had with a lovely smile to go with their greetings. We were able to make numerous tours with an easy pickup at the front door. We will stay again.

Review 51：Except for one thing - they do not have much tv channel selections. We were there during rainy days and we cant go out of the room. The only thing we can do is watch TV, and thats when we discovered that there were only few channels to choose from. In this age, and with the availability of cables, there should be more channels to choose from. We hope the hotel can change their cable if they have any, and if theres none yet, should have a cable provider to be able to have more TV channel selections.

Review 52：i like the location of the hotel and i am satisfied with the amenities. The receptionists are all very accommodating, even the TRAINEE assigned at the reception is also very accommodating and friendly. Made me feel at home!
