Review 1：Great location with many little eateries near by. Staff couldn't help you enough. Clean and spacious apartment with all the amenities that you cold need.
Review 2：When booking we requested a ground floor apartment thinking that the pool would be easier to access, having a child of 12 who loves the pool not having been here before we did'nt realise the pool was on the first floor. On arriving at our apartment we were delighted with the interior however when we realised that the outside space allotted for 4 people was inadequate ( 1m depth,space for a small table with two chairs plus it looked out onto a busy public car park giving no privacy. We asked for another apartment with a larger balcony as we had seen on the website photos,we were told there was none available but they would let us know if one became free. We suffered on for 6 days like sardines in a can. Finally out of pure annoyance because it was clear that there were other apartments free and we were being ignored we demanded a change and got apartment with a huge outside space. We had 3 days out of a 9 day break happy. I suggest if booking and you want to dine outside or even want privacy don't ask for a ground floor apartment.
Review 3：Residence Lenno is in an ideal location if not hiring a car the C10 stops a few yards from the premises, and the ferry port is only a few hundred meters away.
Review 4：Since we didn't mention that we are 2 couples during the booking we were placed in smaller studio flat, that was quickly changed the next morning. Appreciate a lot understanding of the situation from Hotel manager. Make sure you clarify size of studio before confirming booking :)
Review 5：loved the studio apartment with individual terrace, very clean and has lake view. Staff were very friendly and understanding. Swimming pool is cool addition. Located very close to lake and all local cute restaurants.
