Reviews for L'Aromatario
Review 1:The wi-fi in the apartment was slow.
Review 2:We liked the breakfast, fully self-serviced apartment, the bed, the enotecas and restaurants. 3 days wasn't enough, we didn't want to leave.
Review 3:We keep returning to l'Aromtario because of the superb food and drink and the general relaxed feel the place has. The accommodation is comfortable and very clean but the real joy is the friendly, helpful staff and the superb wine and food. We'll be back
Review 4:We urgently needed email access and this was not available as advertised. There was major renovation going on and the noise and dust were contributing factors to our checking out early. Our car was covered in dust the next morning.
Review 5:We stayed only one night, but found it pleasant enough. The position is excellent
Review 6:We were upgraded to the "apartment" because the main inn was undergoing renovations. It was lovely, private and quiet. The innkeeper brought us a delicious fresh breakfast each morning that we devoured happily before setting out to explore the Piemonte region. She even left us extra cookies and a fabulous hazelnut cake as a treat. We would highly recommend this inn!
Review 7:The Enotica is downstairs and sharing kitchen facilities with the B&B. It can be noisy quite late, also when cleaning up at close down of the Enoteca.
Review 8:Exceptional location, located on a small square between two churches and view of the Piemonte hill. Exceptional breakfast all sorts of local products. For wine travellers, a great Enotica downstairs.
Review 9:Situated in a beautiful ancient village in the heart of the Barberesco wine growing region, L'Aromatario is the perfect place to stay. Couldn't fault the helpful staff & typical fresh breakfast. You'll love it!
Review 10:Without a GPS it's not the easiest place to find.
Review 11:A most memorable experience! A quiet & unassuming little village full of character.Rita provided a fabulous breakfast & she and her staff were warm & hospitable.A very welcoming place and we look forward to staying again. Will highly recommend to our friends for rest & relaxation.
Review 12:Superb location, superb food both in restaurant and at breakfast, lovely staff and management. A great place to relax and get away from it all.
Review 13:The facility seems first and foremost a restaurant / bar. The popularity of the bar means that parking, unloading and sleeping can sometimes be problematic.
Review 14:The rooms were nice and the free wifi worked. Breakfast was exceptional, with new, home-cooked pastries every day. Proprietor was friendly and flexible. They provide very good value. Once you got your car parked, it was a great area for walking. Basically, everything that was under control of management functioned smoothly.
Review 15:Spacious, old-style accommodations with updated bathroom. Good, moderately priced restaurant. Good selection of famous Barolo and other Nebbiolo wines. Beautiful hilltop village.
Review 16:We had previously encountered hard beds in Piemonte - and in fact in Neive. Our bed was firmer than we'd like - and you're on holiday so why compromise. But the food and wine more than compensate.
Review 17:A fabulous Enoteca with rooms. We'd eaten here previously but decided to try the B&B. Great staff, good breakfast, and wines to take to heaven. A three day visit to Neive is probably enough - unless you want to drink yourself to a wonderful end.
Review 18:the standard of the room, was poor, the bed was very hard, the toiletseat kept falling Down, the bathtub and floor very slippery
Review 19:Breakfast was good, terrace and breakfastroom nice and cosy
Review 20:Incredibly beautiful location, on a quiet church square, with views of the Barbaresco vineyards. Lovely hosts, very good breakfast with fresh regional specialties.
Review 21:The view, the wine, the staff!
Review 22:Splendid location.Excellent breakfast. What a wonderful place! The outside view of the building is great!
