Review 1：I had dinner in the restaurant once and it would have been the worst I have had since in WA. I ordered barra and it was burnt / over cooked. I sent it back and got lamb instead - this was also poorly cooked and prepared. I later found out the the chefs were leaving and just weren't interested. My suggestion, don't eat there !!!

Review 3：The food and wine at the restaurant was very expensive and not the quality I would have expected. Staff uniforms are quite casual and almost shabby. Front office Staff seemed nonchalant and unwelcoming.
Review 4：I think the bins need to be of a better quality, especially the bathroom bin where sanitary products are deposited in an open top bin. Also the hairdryer was broken so the nozzle didn't fit on. These seem like small things but add up : )

Review 6：Booked a superior room and boy was it superior. Huge space, able to stretch right out. Didn't have to leave the premises the bistro and sports bar were great. The food was fabulous, the beer cold. Great value for the money compared to we had come from and where we went next.

Review 33：Food was very average, bed terrible, dripping taps in bathroom, toilet didn't work properly to not working at all, door handles not fixed, it was just a very tired hotel & to rate it a four star when it would be scratching for a three is a disgrace. We have done a lot of travel all over the world plus we know how hard it is to get four star or better for we have our on place in the accommodation business.

Review 37：Early check-in was great, the pool area is clean and comfortable. The rooms themselves are very nice and I really like the style they've gone with. I preform in rodeos around the top of WA and NT, and always stay here when visiting. A hidden jewel in Kununurra. The restaurant and bar is also very good, and the staff are excellent at their job. I have nothing to complain about when here. Perfect.
Review 38：This should be advertised as a motel, not a hotel! Our room was in urgent need of a makeover. The walls are just plasterboard: We could overhear all conversation and ''activities'' of the guests in the adjoining room!!! The ''garden view'' was nothing but a view over a small patch of weary ''lawn'' and the hotel rooms across! No privacy at all!The dining area was dark and gloomy. Overall we found this hotel to be very rundown and dated.

Other guests walk by full length window/door, so little privacy inside and outside if the facility were operating at peak. Lighting is poor. To be anything close to "Grande" the place needs a major remodel.

Review 112：The hotel is tired and in need of a lot of work. We appreciate that the environment is harsh, but the hotel really looks sad and in need of a good renovation. Breakfast was adequate at best, the pool area lacked shade and style and the bar is full of photographs totally unsuitable for the children who frequently go in there. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the centre of town which would have been ok if it had not been 39 degrees Celsius and unsafe to do after dark! I would not stay here again.
Review 113：We were met at the airport by the hotel manager who generously took us on a tour of the local river crossing on the way back to the hotel - this was a lovely introduction to Kununurra. The hotel rooms were large and spacious with the hotel located across from a lovely lake and parklands.

Review 122：the restaurant was closed for a private function an I was not told on time of booking. the wifi did not work and is expensive. there was a wedding and it was very noisy all night. the pool was dirty, the pool furniture were dirty. on check out I had to wait for the reception staff to finish her B'fast. I was not ask how my stay was, but was asked if the CC (Amex) i used was eftpos....
