Review 1：None, everyone aims to please

Review 2：I arrived early, there was no room available for the room preference that I requested but Erna from the club level was such an angel as I was rushing out for meeting and she provided me with another room till mine preferred room was ready the next day!

Review 3：The shower room was flooded with water. Big black ants on the bed sheet. Online booking didn't give me much choice on my request. I booked online a club twin room which I was charged for RM530.00 which I think is exactly the same as the other two rooms that I have booked for the same day and which were charged at much lower price. Moreover when we came back late that night we couldn't access to room 1552 and was told that a wrong room key was given to us and we were asked to take another room. How could this room be wrong when we even accessed the room and had an afternoon nap in that room??? I think my family and I deserve an explanation on this.

Review 5：The staff attitude is not acceptable. Its not warm at all. The room was the old room instead of the new ones that usually i stay. Watwr was leaking from the toilet flush push button and the room was dirty and old.

Review 19：I've booked 2 rooms for my friends & I and I thought both the rooms have bathtub as it stated bathtub & shower but what I got is a shower and my friends got a bathtub. So when i asked the staff why I didn't get a bathtub and she told me bathtub only for limited rooms. she should've told me one of the room has bathtub and the another one is shower when the time i checked in since its so limited.The reason why I came because they have bathtub and the price is affordable but this really makes me so unpleasant. Secondly I thought the wifi is free but it's only free for the first 1GB if not mistaken

Neighbours were noisy tourists! Major source of my angst for 3 nights! So, best to ask for rooms WITHOUT connecting doors!

Review 27：I requested for non-smoking room but I was arranged a room full with tabacco smell. The staff was very nice to change for me but then I was given a room without a bathtub which is supposed to be included in the package. They have tried to change for me but sadly there was no more non-smoking room with bathtub. This was the disappointed part. I strained my neck as the pillows are too soft which is not good ergonomically for the neck.

Review 40：Suggest concierge can be more structured and efficient as when I seek help from them (I don't want mention the staff name even I remember him) seems not so helpful and they are many people in their team still looks messy (bad image to the hotel). Room welcome fruits - Suggest hotel can be more generous in giving the welcome fruits, the fruits we got looks so little makes us feel that this is the "leftover" from previous guest (refer photo taken) and just re-pack, so we decided not to consume. Room wifi is too slow, doubt why no others complain about it.

Review 41：This is my second time stay in Grand Dorsett Subang Jaya. Room - Spacious and clean; but bed is too soft for us. Location - Good location to access Sunway and Subang Jaya. Parking - Satisfied with spacious parking lot; but the parking ticket validation counter located behind the reception area, miss it few times when leaving the hotel and return to the ticket counter when we reached the car park. Suggest to locate next to Concierge. Staffs - Gives 5 stars to reception (Mr Ben) and parking ticket validation counter, both teams are friendly and super helpful. Ticket validation machine breakdown but that Kakak on duty still try her best to solve the issue; end up she gave us by another card for us to exit free.

Review 42：Online promotion indicated breakfast for two, but upon check-in only for one. Wifi is slow in the room.

Review 44：Transportation arranged by the hotel in way too expensive. If required to go somewhere, hotel transportation desk will call the taxi outside on the road. The drivers do not charge by meter, but will charge you triple or more than what actually comes on meter. Will not recommend to anyone, as markup and cleaning done by staffs were very poor. The rooms carpet are not cleaned everyday. Ants move on the bed and everywhere inside the rooms. Foods served in breakfast is very poor and not good. Limited choices compared to the other hotels at the same rate.

Review 52：Front desk not being friendly at all. As a guest I don't felt appreciated with lack of hospitality. Sad to see such high rank hotel did not portray the right image. Booked hotel through website with great saving which was the intention of capturing guest interest . Upon arrival front desk personal with lack of interest don't seems to get to know my special request through the website. Very reluctant and proudly they can't served what I wanted due to the unavailability and can't do much. Felt embarrassed as if it was my fault.

If the hotel is fully booked, do not take more guest in then. Poor communication and caused lots of inconvenience especially when one is having breakfast and the F&B said that you are not covered for breakfast and when I asked to check properly then they did not come to apologize. Biggest mistake done to choose Dorsett. When a customer do online booking, please check their request properly.

Review 60：When I told the hotel staff that the fridge and bidet didn't work, they moved me to a room that did have a working fridge (no bidet at all), and a lake view. Good breakfast, plenty of choice.

Review 61：Our initial hotel room's water was Brown due to some water tank issue and even though it seemed clear after 1.5 hrs of waiting, it was still milky when you put it in a glass. That was bad. But I extremely appreciate it that the staff gave us the option on moving to the other tower where the water was not affected. Also, one of the male staff, when we requested for a cab, asked the more expensive cab to come although there were less than 3 of us.

We enjoyed a big corner room, which maybe good luck. Nice view over the pool, park and lake. Very good and friendly live band in the bar! Nice breakfast with garden view and plenty of choice. It was for us a short night stay, but we enjoyed every bit of it.

Review 81：The smell emanating from the bathroom was over powering. In cleaning the bathrooms, they don't do a thorough job. They don't actually clean it, they just wipe the water away on the floor, sink and tub. The breakfast buffet was boring, every day the same old menu. We stayed there for four days but had breakfast only on two days because we got tired of the buffet. We arrived at the hotel around 12 pm but were not given an early check in even though I mentioned that we were very tired. We had to languish in the lobby till 3 pm. The hotel informed us that check in was only at 3pm.

Review 116：Both rooms we occupied were exceptionally noisy throughout the whole night and both were run-down and in need of serious refurbishment. Apart from the noise, the doors were a bad fit allowing significant light in to the room throughout the night. the noise and the light made it impossible to sleep.

Sound on one of the tv channels was bad, there were mosquitoes in the pool area, one of the breakfast counters was unmanned and we ate cold hard waffles and french toast. And I have a feeling one of the staff tried to pull a scam on us, although this is unproven. Also the staff did not tell us about the parking pass
