Review 9:A very good hotel. I booked a superior room and upon arriving i was told that my room was upgraded to deluxe room with zero charges. The room is very comfortable and large and i love it. The view was nice too.
Review 10:1) The room rate is too high without breakfast 2) The fittings in the room are not properly maintained - recent stay the standing shower was not working, forced to shower in the bath tub that has no curtain and the whole bathroom floor was wet. 3) The rooms power point are not designed for international adaptor which is a surprised as you would have expected foreign guests that uses a different adaptor. 4) I was asked to pay RM5 a bottle for additional water bottle - which to me it only happens in holiday villa as I am a frequent traveler and stayed in many overseas hotel whereby bottled water are given without any limitation. Stayed in other hotels around Subang/Sunway and rates are cheaper, comes with breakfast and unlimited water bottles. 5) Need to improve the quality of your breakfast for the price we pay for. 6) No CNN on your TV.

Review 12:The buffet breakfast was good. A pity it was not covered as part of the booking. Only realised that upon arrival.

Review 14:My mother-in-law and husband who were the occupants of my booking had to sleep in rather low temperature without the flexibility to increase the room aircon temperature by themselves. Having said that, I feel my husband should also have taken the initiative to alert your team of the discomfort immediately instead of suffering in silence.

Air conditioning leaking - they fixed it, but only after the second time we asked, and still they didn't clear up the mess the leak had caused. Also needs soundproofing - any noise from corridor easily heard from inside the room.

Review 43:I requested for a non-smoking single queen bed room but because I wanted to check in early they said only the twin beds were available, so give and take I didn't haggle as I had a few meetings to attend and was short on time. But they placed me in a smoking room floor which was actually in a non-smoking floor. The marking's clearly did not state that it was the non-smoking floors like the others did. Initially they were a bit sticky and reluctant to change my room and wanted to spray the room with a smoke remover or some fragrance then later only did they call up again and say they are moving me to a higher floor which was non-smoking. Breakfast was inadequate for the crowd of a large group of travellers. Took them a while to top up. Seats were limited too as the coffee shop was pretty moderate in size. I think it hasn't changed much in the last 10-15 years.
Review 44:The room they changed me to was nice and i think the bed was new so it was very comfy. The staff were very friendly and were always there to assist me. They also allowed me to check in early and check out late.

A young Indian lady was helping me check in,but the two others behind her didn't seem to have a differentattitude either. There were no welcome greetings at all when I arrived,no smile, and the "Let us manja you" campaign button on pinnedon her blazer seemed like a sarcasm. She didn't even say a word whenshe gave me the room card and I was left hanging as there were no wordsaid to me at all! I can't believe she works in a hospitalityindustry. And this behaviour did effect how I felt during the stay. Thesame goes to the gentleman who helped me check out. He was scowling andmaking frustrated noises. I had to wait for some time for a word to beuttered. And his colleague behind him walked by and said to him in Malay"smile. What is with this (behaviour?). I'll punch you!"There is definitely a weird aura among these people. I guess that they must have some dissatisfaction with the hotel management or their boss that they are not even trying to serve their customers the way they should. The shower flooded a bit while we took our shower. The breakfast beef and chicken ham was cold, which was a let down since I expected it to be warm like I usually find on breakfast buffets.

Review 62:As frequent long stay guests, we always receive very warm " welcome back! " greetings from the old staff, from the concierge to the gym & coffee house staff. It's like a home away from home for us.
Review 63:It's far even from sunway, taxis have a hard time finding it, rooms are really old (eg our room had a large space at the bottom of the door), concierge were a little shady as they got me a taxi that cost me 250 ringgit to get to the airport, whereas I paid around 120 to come in from the airport on a metered taxi.

Review 67:1. Had a lot of issues with payment. Staff said my debit card wasn't working. So I took 20 minutes to get money from the ATM. But once I'm in my room, my bank informed me that my debit card has processed a payment to the hotel. So I had to fix this issue again. Once that's done, they billed the wrong amount, and had to fix it again. That's 3 issues in one hour that I had to deal with, when all I wanted was to get to my room and enjoy the rest of my night. 2. Staff said that they will compensate for the mistakes in payment, but I haven't heard from them. 3. There was a dead cockroach in the room.
Review 68:Check in staffs unfriendly(Especially front desk manager) and not accomodating.Rooms were given which were just renovated earlier in the day and housekeeping had blocked the rooms yet were given to us(just because we wanted a connecting rooms)Filthy toilets and dusty rooms for a newly renovated room(confirmed by housekeepers that these rooms were not really ready and well cleaned for guests.Keep calling them to change rooms(Reception/check in staffs)and were attended to only after 3hrs with hotel rooms are 100% full! Review 72:I booked this hotel at Subang Jaya KL without reading the feedback details on respective hotel booking websites. I should have. It was a trying ordeal to say the least.I made a reservation for two rooms. Arriving on Thurs 6 Aug 2015 with a friend to check in at the reception. I then requested for a second room to be reserved next to ours for my sister (with her 2 kids) who were arriving on the following day. I was assured that there was no problem. However, when my sister and her kids arrived at about 4:30pm the next day on 7 August 2015, we realized the second room had not been cleaned up yet (I reserved it the day before said that must be same level with mine and was given assurance that arrangements would be made!). So we had to wait at the reception for the front desk hotel staff to find a room on the spot. After much hassle, we were told that the 2nd room would be on another level. At this point, we have had enough of rude treatment, we requested to speak to the manager on duty. Again, we were made to wait for another 10 mins. Finally two managers came to us. The first thing one of them uttered was: "I'm the manager", without addressing us nor offering to help us in any ways. So we had to repeat the entire matter (which, actually, wasn't complicated) to him only to see him typed away at the computer. What is unacceptable and uncalled for is the managers' attitude -- both didn't even look at the guests in the eye while talking to us. One walked away disinterested while the other, called "Justin" remained at the reception. But all he did was stared at the computer; communication was minimal. As we stood there tired and frustrated with two equally exhausted children, we had to keep asking what was going on, and what were we to expect. All Justin said was the hotel experienced a high check out rate at 12-1pm, and the rooms were still dirty, and that was why the room next to mine could not be given to my sister.

(2) There was a wedding taking place and all night till 5am we could hear loud music playing and people walking up and down the corridor of our room. Less fungus in the toilet but other condition was the same. The person in charge did not do what he promised when I told him to manage my room change. Review 109:My girlfriend & I had a very long day from our hectic working life. We decided to take a short break and spend some quality time, we were already exhausted when we reached. Upon checking in, Iskandar who works at the Front Office welcomed us with a genuine smile & we were served 2 complimentary drinks which made us happy. After that, while making our steps to the room we were accompanied by a staff from the Concierge. Didn't asked his name, but we called him Uncle as he is elderly. He has a good general knowledge. He gave us direction on how to get to a place we asked. His action which made me said WOW was his courtesy of calling and re-explaining the direction as we were tired upon checking in. Good job! Regarding the housekeeping, I'm glad they understood my choice. I felt uncomfortable sleeping with 3 layers of comforter, so I placed the other 2 layers on the floor. The next after they made up my room, the 2 layers of comforter wasn't in my comforter anymore. Was surprised they understood the clue I gave. Both of us are happy overall! Thank you so much for making our stay a memorable one! Will definitely make a visit again!

Review 126:No a bad experience but it can be a little bit troublesome to go out sometimes.... location may be a bit too quiet for some people. Also, the aircon is really very noisy. Light sleeps beware. No problem for me, I sometimes sleep like a log...
Review 127:Room service fella nice. People around generally nice and polite. Bed is nice firm and comfortable. Pillows good and just nice for me. Not too far from Subang Parade (a small mall) but getting there and back in a cab can be difficult due to KL's notorious taxis.
