Review 1：Trying to find this hotel was very difficult, the name and address do not appear on the GPS because the suburb has been renamed. Hotel should consider updating its information on Booking.com.

Review 9：The hairdryer is very old. It was difficult to use. Shower stall is extremely small. The furniture felt outdated and worn. Room was good size but very dark. 2 light fixtures did not work. Breakfast room is also outdated. It was not on a four star level.

Review 21：The receptionist was very friendly. Although we had booked a room with a side view of the lake, we were given a room dirctly facing it with a very nice balcony.

Review 22：Wi-Fi was spotty at best. Bathroom very small. TV much too small to see comfortably from bed. Generally Wi-Fi and TVs are not an issue as one tends to be out about the lake but in bad weather, not a brilliant room to lounge in but not a bad value at all. This is not a four star hotel but still a very sensible three star value.

Review 23：Brilliant location, couldn't be more ideally situated. Literally 30 paces from the location to take water taxis. Several restaurants very close by without all the crowds at Bellagio or Como. We had a room with a view and large balcony for approx 230 Euros per night. Parking only 10 Euro per day. Beds were very comfortable with exquisite linens. Great value for money. Breakfast was superb. Staff is young but professional. I'd stay here again.

Review 25：The lovely welcome, the attentive and friendly staff, the elegance of the building, we were made to feel special. Nothing was too much trouble and the front desk staff remembered our name which was nice. Everything worked! Our parking space was marvellous, very well worth the ten euros a day. And of course the food in the restaurant was heavenly, and the atmosphere perfect as was the view. Thank you, Hotel Lenno!

Review 26：Beautiful location. It was only an overnight stop but would definitely come back to Lake Como, preferably for a bit longer. Views from bedroom window over the lake were fabulous and eating breakfast in the morning on the terrace was a wonderful start to the day's drive.

The girl at the front desk recommended catching a boat trip "close by" (turned out to be 20 blocks away!) at $120 for 2 hrs. but did not advice the public boat transport docking at the hotel front pier for just $8 pp.

Review 39：Location is superb, right at the water's edge and a docking pier, in front of the hotel, where public transport boats stop every few minutes and ferry passengers to the different towns and stops along the lake for a very reasonable fare.

Review 40：VERY narrow road along the water. Makes it quaint, but dangerous driving conditions especially adding motorcycles, bicyclists and pedestrians into the mix! No one yeilds to any other. Only inches of clearance.

Review 41：The location is perfect. Half way up the west side of Como, a short water taxi ride from Bellagio (if you even want to venture there away from the tranquility of Lenno). The ferry dock is right there at this wondrtful hotel. A walkway promenade along the waterfront allows you to walk easily (10 mins) to the village, old church, shops and the gorgeous Villa del Barbianello on the penninsula. Very worthwhile! A brand new grassy beach was just opened the day after we arrtived (July 4, 2015) right next to the hotel. Nice to enjoy the sun, swimming and ice cream there. Do venture into the city of Como for shopping, dining and the spectacular Duomo (cathedral). It rivals many seen in Florence and Rome. I have mixed emotions about raving for Como/Lenno because it is definitely fabulous...but I want to keep it secret and unspoiled. This is a very unique, romantic peaceful place to spend quality time. A honeymoon must!

Lenno itself is a little gem, a few restaurants, ice cream shop & supermarket. Ferry stop right outside the hotel to take you to the various other towns around the lake. While in Lenno you must visit Villa Balbianello, absolutely fabulous.

The restaurant doesn't offer dinner service outside which is a pity to miss the view. Interior design is just average. Clientele are mostly mature couples, no kids.

Review 61：The rooms were large, but empty and cold. The furniture all felt outdated and worn and there was nothing in the room (glasses, kettle, information pack). The hotel feels like it had it's hey day in 1985 and needs a lot of love.

Great breakfast, fast internet and big room with entry way and jacuzzi shower. Free printers as well for boarding passes. Absolutely perfect. I had an early check out (05:45h) and they even did an early breakfast for me.

They are directly across from the ferry, and there is a wonderful walk along the lake that leads to the best gelato! I loved the pool if it had been better weather. Next year!

Review 104：Rooms were very basic, no frills. Our room was booked with "lateral views of the lake" but we looked over the storm drain. You could see it but only by leaning out of the window. We stayed with our son in a separate room and had to go down from our 1st floor room to the ground floor & up to the 4th in a different lift to get to his room, as the hotel has two totally separate buildings. Not ideal if booking more than 1 room.
