Review 1：We were given the smoking floor
Review 2：It's a stone throw away from imago. There are restaurants around the time sq area for breakfast. There's even a 24hrs mamak restaurant next to the hotel. 7 eleven is at the back too

Review 7：I was staying at room 407. The aircond was making irritating sound the whole night during my stay cause the AC cover is shaking. Kindly get your maintenance team to check it out. On top of that, there is no mini fridge. No place to chill my cold beverages. What's up with that?? & the worst part is the toilet bowl which is too close to the bathroom partition. The space is ridiculous. Imagine you sitting for a long period & your legs are cramp!! sometimes I was wondering what will happen with guys with a bigger size..OMG!!

Review 13：The front entrance looks like a restaurant - my taxi driver had to go round twice before we realised it was the hotel. As with most hotels below 4 stars, the wifi is absolutely horrid. Because it is a fairly new area (ie. new buildings, a lot of the area is still under construction), there're not many facilities and convenience stores in the immediate vicinity.
Review 14：The room was surprisingly spacious and the bed was firm. Toilets were clean and in good working condition (maybe because it is a fairly new building). KK Times Square is situated just on the outskirts of the city stretch. Good if you prefer a less chaotic location. 5min walk to Jalan Coastal/Centrepoint via a newly constructed bridge.
Review 15：they didn't spray the room before we checked in, smells smoke everywhere. Unfriendly receiptionist..she didn't even bother to make eye contact..vacuum the sofa at least..aircond need to be serviced..clogged toilet is the worst..

Review 19：When we book the hotel, they stated that they have frre shuttle bus to the town centre but arrived, they excused the bus was repairing which actually not available due not sufficient passengers. it cost RM 30 to go city by taxi everyday so end up the room is not cheap any more.
Review 20：- Fridge wasnt working - Lots of construction work in the area making getting in and out of the area a hassle (shuttle bus and taxi are really the only options) - located 15-20mins walk to the city if you attemt to walk - wifi signal from my room was quite weak - appears that there is a newly rennovated part of the hotel and there is an old part (i stayed in the old part ith old carpet and musky smell) - the bed was very hard and uncomfortable - there is no light swith at the door so arriving in the middle of the night had to fumble to find the room light switch by the side of the bed (wish i was told this at check rather than have to go to reception twice - the first was due to the door card not working!)
Review 21：Only there one night before meeing up with friends elsewhere. checked in at 1 in the morning so appreciated that the reception was open 24 hours. Room was quire spacious with air con. Hotel shuttlebus was nice enough to drop me off to meet my friends at another hotel.

Review 85：The location is a bit off, it takes about 15 ringgit to get to the city center which might make your trip a little expensive if you are a budget traveller and that portion of expenditure was not planned. Some staffs are quite nice while others seem too stiff, possibly because they have a hard time understanding you.
Review 86：It's a nice and cozy hotel in the upcoming KK times square. The rooms are clean and spacious and their services are quite good. Overall a good stay given the rates they offered.
Review 87：1- the staff mixed up our reservation and request. I didnt get extra beds i requested earlier. 2- the bathroom door locked itself 4 times in a day and i had to call the housekeeping person to attend to it. 3-the pipe linked to the toilet bowl gave out loud annoying sound which needs serious fixing. 4-the shower glass door cannot close tightly so the water can come out and wet the floor. 5- the staff was inefficient and irresponsible. Called about 5 times around 5am to ask them to unlock the locked bathroom door but nobody picked up. Went down and saw the staff sleeping at the back of the counter, in front of the cctv, with aircond blasting on. Had robbery taken place, dont know what will happen to the hotel.

Review 96：A completely new hotel that already seems to be warn out - build of bad quality materials and second class builders. Taps in shower partly broken, pipe dripping to the floor next to the toilet, furniture partly broken etc. The location is very close to the center - but it is difficult to get there. There is no Taxi stand in the Times Square and due to the road system, you have to drive a giant circle to get there from downtown KK a few hundret meters away. The hotel can call a taxi - but expect 20 min before it turn up - more at the rush hours. And remember cash when you go there - there is not a single ATM in the Times Square area.
