Review 1：The residence is far from everything (and Murta Maria is a dead city), the reception is always closed, the rental bike proposed was really expansive

Review 2：The beach close to the appartment is nice and quiet

Review 3：The room equipment not as described: no fan (we had to buy one as theheat was enormous), no toaster, no staff at all (the key was hanging onthe wooden table in an envelope) therefore no breakfast, not possible torent a bike (it should be according to the property description), noshuttle service, no internet at all, lack of contact with the owner(neither by email nor phone), we received a different room type thanbooked, mosquitos - make sure you buy insect repellant before you come.

Review 4：Localiztion just 50 meters from the beach, clean rooms and bathroom,very few people on the beach, very quiet, good for families, nice seaviews form the upper appartments

Review 5：Unfortunately during our stay the apartement was literally overwhelmed with mosquitos. We had to buy many repellents and we also had to very little ventilate during the night. With missing air conditioning in the place this was really unfortable due to the heat.

Review 6：The surrounding of the building is very nice as well as nearby beach with minimum people. I also appreciate the quiet of the place.

Review 7：There were no staff visible anywhere and the reception was closed. Not possible to get trough to them on phone or email. The wifi in the reception area was not working (you would have to sit outside the reception anyway). There were no aircondition in the rooms.

Review 8：The location is good, with a nice beach only 100m away. The place quiet and somewhat remote - you would need a rental car to get aroround.

Review 9：no reception at all and had to wait all day to get into apartment despite telling them we would be arriving early in morning by email they never seem to answer emails nor the phone no keys left for us so effectively a whole first day wasted we only saw reception staff once all holiday 10 days at that was at 5.00 pm on day of arrival

Review 11：The place is really hard to find, as is no sign toward property so you need to ask the locals for directions. I didn't meet the staff during my 7 days vacation, all contacts by phone, I sent an email for an extra blanket, but I didn't received response , the wi-fi connection is not working all the time, not even in the reception area (which is closed all the time)

Review 12：The property is very clean, the apartments have almost everything you need inside. The key for the apartment was left at the reception(outside), so we could check-in earlier. The beach, located 50 meters from property is absolutely fabulous. The silence and solitude were magnificent.

Review 13：We arrived at the property about 930pm and no one was around, as reception was closed, the key to the property had been left on a pin board with a really badly explained map to find the appartment. After finding it and letting ourselves in, there was no maps or anything for us to know where we were, or any basic ammenities like tea coffee milk and bread for the first night... we went to bed hungry.

Review 14：The appartment was very close to the beach a short walk down the footpath and you were there, no one was around so it was practically private, the main local beach is a 25minute walk or a 5minute drive (port Istana) which was lovely, white sands, clear blue water and surrounded by mountain views, The property was clean and spacious and had balconies on both sides of the property.

Review 15：The staff were absolutely lovely. They were personable, remembered our names, were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and make our trip memorable.

Review 16：Residence Bunte is really a cute place, with a nice beach just 50 m away. We had a one bedroom apartment, a big terrace with spectacular sea view, in the apartment everything was perfect, they included everything, from paper napkins to detergent, even tipical sardinian sweets were waiting for us (thank you Nadia for the hospitality ). It is a really calm place, perfect for families, away from the turist hustle and close enough to Olbia, beaches and little villages around, Murta Maria is really nice. I really recommend the place.
