Review 1：When we booked the room we were under the impression that we would stayon the beach. Actually when we got there we were told that we were inanother hotel two blocks over and away from the beach. The room was verysmall and the air-conditioning did not work well, nor did the tv. It wasthe most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Very cramped. Two smallbeds pushed together making one bed. I slept in a crack every night. Ifwe would've been in the main hotel as we thought, things may havebeen better. Make sure you ask which hotel you're going to be in.The only other thing that was a little bit annoying, is the pictures and information online show the private beach right in front of the hotel, when it actually is about two blocks down.

Review 3：The unfriendly and incompetent staff you didn't want to give us a second towel after we came from sport. They argued for 10 min that there is only one towel per day available!!!!!!! The second one costs money!!!!!

Review 5：Because employees were very unpleasant. Our father died while we were staying there and we explained that due to the circumstances we will have to leave the hotel immeditaly after 24 hours stay, so they told us that they will charge for two days which we understood but also they charged us for two days of parking even though we only use the parking garage for 10 hours. They were not considerate due to the circumstances. Also the personnel at the restaurant hotel were unfriendly and unprofessional. The breakfast was not good. The bedrooms were Ok. but not for the price they charge. I will never return to this hotel again!!

Review 9：Breakfast was horrible. Value for money wise, not a good hotel. It was far too expensive. Hotel has 2 annexes, the first one they put us in was horrible. After insisting on for a change, they moved us to another annex which was completely opposite, it was a new and clean building. I don't understand how they can charge the same money for those buildings that are clearly very different!

Breakfast was only OK and u had to ask the staff to clean up a table to sit there. You also had to ask for coffee, they wouldn't come up to u.

The breakfast is buffet-style but only the absolute minimum is served (ham, cheese, hardboiled egg) but a big selection of pastries is available. So if you prefer only coffee and croissant for breakfast you will be happy... The restaurant-staff must be amateurs.

Review 30：The hottel is divided into two locations ! We were located in 2nd building ,about 5 mins walk from main hotel ! We were very annoyed about this as it wasn't stipulated when booking. There are apartments in this building also.We had booked B&B and breakfast was served in main hotel only which was a short walk away . Breakfast was basic and all self service. Our room was really nice with a sea view but we felt it was overpriced for what we got. We did not feel like we were staying in a hotel . There is a charge of 12 euro per day to park in the hotel car park ! Outrageous !

Review 33：Loved this hotel. We stayed in the annex rooms which was 100meters from the actual hotel. Right on front of the sandy beach. Very comfortable room and bed with AC. Housekeeping everyday with change of towels. Excellent free breakfast and a good restaurant is offered by the hotel. Loved our stay.

Good airco -good internet (in the patio and the main building of the hotel).Professional and friendly staff. Breakfast ok. Hotel right in front ofthe beach with rental of beach chairs and parasols.
