Review 1：So far been going to KK 4th time, always stay same hotel. All is good so far.

Review 2：Location is great,shopping is nearby,everything all walking distance,jesselton point is just a walk away. Breakfast is great. Staffs are polite and nice.Room rates reasonable.

Review 13：Price was cheap, including breakfast. We took the rooms with two double beds so it was spacious. Housekeeping was fast when we called. Breakfast was alright. The hotel had an eat all you can on friday and saturday nights and it was worth going :) next door to Suria shoppinng mall. Location is quite central. Parking is also available. Would come again!

Review 14：We had a baby and while we were having breakfast at the hotel, we asked the staff if they could boil an egg for the baby, instead of baby having sunny side up. But we were quite surprised as we were told that there would be charges incurred. Only for an egg! So calculative..

Review 17：They clean the room daily and always replenish the toiletries and water. Good location, near the Suria Mall and the Jesselton Port. Staff are friendly and ready to help when needed. The TV has USB port where you can play your movies and view photos. They can also lend you electrical adaptor if you forgot to bring one.

Review 42：This is the second time I am staying at the hotel and I encountered thesame problem. I requested for a single bed and I got twin bed instead.Its either they're not keen in giving it or booking.com does notprovide the request (2 times of the same problem) Though they gave a newroom on the next day but it was after constant reminder. The food is thesame all the time, no change and simple.I left my broadband modem at the room and they promised me they would post it back with charges ASAP but i had to call many times to get it sent. And it was not posted via the hotel but one of the lady staff whom i appreciated a lot as she sent it personally during her free time. I wonder what happened to the manager who is supposed to call me back??

The deluxe room was small, but sufficient for just two people. Breakfast had a wide spread! Cleanliness was good, though the deluxe room probably had a stuck sewerage problem even if the cleaners tried their best to clean it. Stayed for only two nights. Location was just next door to suria, very easy to find with orange coloured building. Room service was also good. Thank you!

Review 98：We stayed here for a night. We were upgraded to a studio suite free of charge, which came in handy as I have two children travelling with me. The location is great, which is just a few steps away from a mall and 10 minutes walk to the Filipino market. Breakfast is sufficient. It left me leaving feeling like asnob, but I was traveling with a friend, had I been on my own I wouldhave scrimped and gone to a hostel as I am only sleeping there, butwanted a nice room and bed for the 2 of us...... But all I got was ahostel. At 4* hotel prices.

My double bed athome is larger, I am actually in the majestic in kl at the minute in atwin, and the bed is the Sam size as their queen. I have stayed inhostels in Europe that are cleaner & better equipped, for a tasty ofthe price. There is another local hotel which I thought was to far away,can't remember the name, and only 100rm more for full stay completewith spa & real coffee at breakfast. When I go back in Dec, that iswhere I shall be staying.
