A free shuttle is available from Zao Onsen Bus Terminal, which is also a 10-minute walk away.

Review 1：No internet in the rooms. We had to rely on a portable hotspot from the phone to stay connected. For the price of this hotel, I think they need to install wifi throughout, even if it's slow.

Review 2：The food was amazing, especially on the first night. The second night however was not as good as the first, as it comprised of a lot more seafood which I'm not a fan of. The breakfast was delicious and varied as well. The room itself was great, very large and comfortable. The private onsen was too hot for us to enter, however the open baths were much more tolerable. The hotel was close to the ski fields, and the hotel offered on-site rentals which were very well priced. I should also note that the hotel went out of its way to provide my partner with vegetarian food for the two dinners, which was incredibly well done.
