Review 1：There are a few bugs in the room because the door cannot be completely closed.
Review 2：They speak good English and extremely friendly. Delicious breakfast and dinner. The atmosphere is great, every evening there is a little party in the yard and made a few friends. Location is great, near the post office and the owner will drive us to the port anytime when we need. Shopping is convenient because they own one of the only maybe two shops in Taketomi.
Review 3：The price tag is silly high for what amounts to a concrete building with bare-bone rooms and coin-operated aircon. I understand that lodging is in short supply on Taketomi and that it was during Golden Week but still.
Review 4：The owners are cool if a bit distant but the minshuku is popular so that's expected. It's on a good spot, next to the post office, easy to find. We liked the flowers in the garden and also you get dinner and breakfast with the booking (though I didn't appreciate the dinner that much and in general would rather go to a restaurant nearby to see more places). The big table in the garden is good for social gatherings.
