Review 5:• The immigrants that sell things on the hotel's private beach area were disturbing our peace every few minutes and the owners of this place does not seem to care at all. Other hotels in Sardinia that own a place on the beach has let them know not to bother the guests, but in this hotel the africans were coming to an every single guest that were relaxing and sleeping on the beach chairs asking "Hi, my friend!", "Where are you from?", "Do you want these sunglassess, very good price, etc.". It is really annoying and unpleasant that you pay a good price for a private beach and have to tell them to go away every few minutes. • The hotel is very nice, but still the ~€550 for one night for a simple room seems too much even for the August. I was hoping for something more unique than a standard. Although the included dinner was a high class and the sunset from our balcony was beautiful.

Review 6:• The hotel is modern and in the same time it has a charming country feeling • The stuff was really wonderful, super helpful and spoke English very well which is rare in other places in Sardinia :) • We were welcomed with rose and rice heart in our bed as this was our honeymoon. That was lovely

Review 7:Nothing - everything was great

Review 8:Amazing staff, very helpful and super kind. The Chef is wonderful and changes the menu everyday which is always a beautiful surprise. Special thanks to Nicola and the team in the restaurant that made one of our best vacation trip ever. As for the facility, the swimming pool is huge and clean the fitness center is very well equiped. This place is perfect for those who are looking for calm, peace and rest. We loved it!

Review 9:For this upper standard hotel I would expect local and international newspapers for breakfast and a free bottle of water in the room per day (not just upon arrival). The rooms were fine but could have been a bit more spacious.

Review 10:Staff very friendly, location of hotel great, conditions of facilities impeccable, service very good, very kids and family friendly,

Review 11:Being a young businessman I was overly reliant on the unreliable, slow and often unusable 'free' wifi which is actually capped at a 100mb a day limit which is also throttled, nowhere was it advertised in advance that I could spend 5€ for 1gb of 'high speed access', which was equally unreliable. I needed this to check on work emails here and there while away and also plan excursions for our trip.

Review 12:Extremely friendly staff contrary to the reviews I read before booking. We are in our late twenties and wanted a break a bit less lively than when we stayed in cannigione a bit further north last year. My god, the hotel is the perfect size and decorated with a modern fitting in a traditional building, it was the perfect balance. They have free outdoor yoga classes and the restaurant is so good it's extremely worth the half board option.

Review 13:Wifi was a bit restrictive for access; account was blocked and had to request re-activation, but we didn't use it much anyway.

Review 14:This was a wonderful find. Lots on offer during the day as well as art exhibitions and music into the evening. Wonderful staff, great facilities, fantastic location. Met all our criteria. Would return.

Review 15:The restaurants and room service hours are very restrict and if you wanna eat something outside their hours you will be in trouble!

Review 16:Great views and the hotel is very beautiful and new! Kind people working and very nice pool and beach, the breakfast and dinner is gorgeous.

Review 17:The customer service was not very good; the breakfast area was swamped in wasps and the staff were not helpful at all. The hotel is very isolated so you need a car. The staff for dinner and the pool attendant were the friendliest. There is limited parking and communication was difficult with all staff. We used the spa and although the massage was nice I don't fee it was worth the premium price tag! The hotel was very quiet and yet the room we were put in had views of the building site! I understand that they don't want to upgrade for free however I was disappointed that our view on the balcony was of a JCB!

Review 18:The hotel was clean and modern, the hotel it's self was beautiful.

Review 19:40 euros for a taxi to reach civislisation (a rip off) no complementary water (5 € a bottle) majority of staff bearly understands english

Review 20:View Location private beach

Review 21:My only two gripes were that my room smelt of sewage. This was better once you switched on the air con but whenever you left the room it switched off and it smelt again. Secondly the bed was really uncomfortable, a suprise in otherwise such a luxurious hotel. Lastly, there was a lot of noise from the corridor so found myself disturbed early in the morning and sometimes at night if people were coming in late.

Review 22:Beautiful hotel with lovely pool and beach facilities. Great products/linen etc. Excellent food and drinks. Staff kind and polite and helpful on the whole.

Review 23:Only Minus was the one car wide narrow & bendy driveway over cobblestones. Guests have to drag their suitcases over cobbles 60 metres. If you drive in with the car to Unload your luggage it's very difficult to reverse back out as no room to turn car around. Bad planning.. create a turning area @ Hotel Entrance.

Review 24:Warm & friendly staff & service was excellent. Being retired Hotel Director I was impressed by the cleanliness everywhere. Chambermaids were brilliant cleaners. Lovely fresh decor. There were no children during our 7 day stay which made it very quiet & relaxing by the pool. One of the best beach holidays we've had.Cuisine was superb. Breakfast buffet was top quality.

Review 25:Staff at the reception is probably the most arrogant and unfriendly met by us in recent years. Repeatedly, especially on the first day and the day after our arrival, conversations between them in Italian were not what he wanted to hear a customer... Finally, when they realized that we are talking also Italian, remained unpleasantly surprised. It was too late. Arrogance remained unchanged until the last day. On arrival we had a request to have the camera closer to our children, the answer was a categorical refusal. The next day I spoke with the head of the reception trying to explaining that just in front of the window of our room is the elevator of the restaurant. It was noisy and is not the "holiday view" for which I paid. The answer was another refusal and an unbelievable explanation that on the left and right side of the elevator, both the pool and the sea can be seen. In conclusion, the reception staff managed to make us spend as little time as possible in the hotel. We went every day in short car trips in various places in northern Sardinia and we met wonderful people and beautiful beaches. A huge pleasant surprise was the "agriturismo" and related restaurants. We'll be back in Sardinia but never at this hotel.

Review 26:The hotel position is very nice in terms of sea view, with direct access to a small beach. Generally speaking, the quality standard of the hotel is significantly higher than average hotels of Olbia area, but please note that this average is very low, unfortunately. The pool is very nice and lifeguards are professional and friendly. Equally, staff at the lobby bar and restaurant are kind and helpful. Unfortunately the positive points end here. A special mention related to the fact that you really need a car due to the isolated position of the hotel.

Review 27:While breakfast was very good (although I never understand why most nice italian hotels can't have fresh squeezed juice), lunch and dinner were just ok and very expensive. Many people I believe were on a meal plan so the prices didn't probably matter to them but if you are paying as you go then the eating options and times are a bit limited and portions very small. Don't come for the food, come for the gorgeous modern hotel located in a perfect place.

Review 28:location location location. This hotel has a superb location with a pool overlooking a beautiful beach and spot in the Mediterranean. The hotel was recently renovated so everything is brand new and very well designed. I can't say enough about the location. If you want a hotel on the beach with a perfect pool looking out into the ocean then stay here. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to a nice local restaurant and 10 minutes drive to nearby town for more restaurant choices. The room we stayed in was small and at times had some sort of slight odor but was very nicely appointed and had a great balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Note the family who runs the beach hut and rents out kayaks, boats, chairs, etc. are very very nice people. I wanted to rent a small sailboat but wasn't sure if I could sail it myself so the owner went out with me. Also rent out kayaks - very reasonable and great fun.

Review 29:Hotel little overpriced being a brand new structure and having personnel partly upon training. Bar at parking never worked by card. Wifi doesnt work on the beach and on room terrasse. Hotel restaurant good and classy but not full value for money.

Review 30:The hotel is brand new and first class equipped. Services are arranged to aim at future excellency, Spa small but very nice. Good winelist at hotel restaurant

Review 45:Great hotel, excellent food, great staff
