Review 1：Nothing but as an obsessive tea drinker, I would have liked a kettle in the room! Would definitely stay again!

Review 3：Alberto, the owner, was very friendly and helpfull. We had a small causy room, good breakfast in the garden and good conversation with Alberto. Looking forward ti come again.
Review 4：The room is at the last floor without elevator, so it might get difficult to carry heavy luggages up there (expecially for a family with kids).
Review 5：Very nice location, expecially for those who want to go visiting Etna. It has a private internal parking included in the price. The owner let us keep the bread served for breakfast to make sandwiches for the day.

Review 7：Alberto is the perfect host for travellers who don't speak Italian well. He clearly enjoys talking to his guests each morning, and provides assistance beyond any expectation. We felt like we made friends in the short while we were there. Zefferanda is also a good location....a small town with easy access to all Etna villages.

Review 11：We stayed three nights at Villa Rosa and enjoyed it so much! The blue room was very spacious and had a large terrace. Alberto was very kind and helpfull and spoke perfect English. Breakfast in the garden was delicious. We even had a nice talk with other guests in the beautiful garden. Alberto arranged a private guide for an Etna tour, this was wonderful. We learned so much about Etna. We would definitely stay here again when we are visiting Sicily in the future.
Review 12：We loved Albertos place. It's a family owned accommodation. In our trip advisor it was favored as the best choice for bb in zaffarena. Now, after our stay we definitely approve that. Alberto is a very friendly, talkactive and funny person who is really concerned about the well being of his guests. His english is fluent with a lovely Italian accent. Any problem? Ask alberto, he will manage. ;) The room ("blue") was tidy and nicely arranged, just as seen on the pictures. It belongs to a house in Zaffarena with good view to the Aetna from the large balcony. Like others already mentioned, you indeed have to watch your head in the bathroom due to a low sloping roof. If your interested, give him a call. We were full pleased with our stay at Alberto Villa Rosa BB Zaffarena. Anytime again.
Review 13：Alberto, the owner, was exceptionally helpful & friendly, organised an alternative Etna tour for us with a local geologist, drove us to a trattoria. Breakfasts in idyllic garden setting each morning under a lemon tree, with local produce & nothing too much trouble. Zafferanea Etna a very pretty location.
