Review 1：It's a restaurant with the rooms business on the side. Checking in and checking out required finding the right staff person, since there is no desk. The bed mattress was a bit stiff.

Review 12：The "Hotel" was located within the Amalia Bakery and it felt a little awkward checking in and at breakfast times as the staff (who were excellent) seemed to concentrate more on the bakery/cafe side of the business than the hotel guests. If you intend to dine there be aware of the kitchen closing times.

Review 15：The bakery downstairs is wonderful with the most amazing choice of pastries for all times of the day (not only breakfast). The room and the property in general was very clean and exactly like in the photos. I only stayed one night on my way to Malpensa airport;

Review 17：Returning late to our room, our door was jammed. Eventually we got it open, but there is no one onsite to help and we had left the emergency call number in the room. It would have been nice to have a sign with the emergency number posted near the entrance.

Review 18：It was close to a great piazza with lots of restaurants and interesting sights. The decor was very modern and comfortable. One of us used the sofa bed and it was very comfortable, which often is not the case with fold out beds. We stayed here to be close to the airport and the location was much more charming than we expected. We will stay here again if we fly out of Milan again. Also, it was above one of the nicest patisseries we saw on our trip.
