Review 1：Staff at the main entrance suggest me to take an illegal taxi. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff.

Bell of fire drill triggered but when intercom to receptionist no one answer, apparently someone trapped in the lift. The water from shower area overflow and trapped at the toilet & basin area despite the shower door is closed, this happened to both rooms. No hair dryer but only the hair dryer case. One room got aluminium case to put shower gel & shampoo but the other room one spoiled without replacement, have to put shampoo bottle on the floor.

Review 6：The staffs who handle the parking are not helpful at all - one of them would prefer to sit and watch you move the "reserved parking" signage by yourself. The breakfast is boring - same average menu everyday.

Review 8：The place of this hotel is really convenient as for those travelling with families. It is located in the same building with one of the largest shopping mall in KK. The room was satisfied with the price. Breakfast was wonderful.

Review 13：The bathroom needs a good scrub. Towels and floor mat were not ready in the rooms. Parking is a headache as the hotel parking is the same as 1Borneo parking. No complementary parking. Need more choices for buffet breakfast spread.

Review 25：The location is a bit misleading as the hotel is attached to a big mall quite far from the city center. Expect up to 40 minutes by taxi during the rush hours in the morning and in the evening.

Review 36：we arrived at 3pm but have to wait for room to be prepared. the room that we booked was not available, but was upgraded to executive suite. for breakfast, this is the first time of my own experience that guests have to queue quite long for the omelette/egg serving. the duvet in my room was really worn out. we request for it to be changed but it was not done, we also requested for extra bathroom amenities but again not attended to. poor housekeeping service.

Review 98：the reception counter hardly smile. the management should spend more on sending them to customers management course. i usually travel by road to KK, hence after 7 or 8 hours of long journey, i don't appreciate sour faces or cold shoulders welcome from the receptionist. Review 100：WiFi din't work from day . The ac didn't work either but we carried on as it wasn't too uncomfortable but when it became very hot we contacted the hotel who offered us another room.

Review 101：Nice friendly staff and general cleanliness of the hotel. It was not expensive. The swimming pool was in darkness and I didn't feel happy using it. Both myself and my son wore google and were fine but my daughter had an eye infection the following day which i assume was because she didn't wear swim goggles.

Review 108：We have booked the Grand Deluxe. It looks big in the picture but with baby crib, it was quite crowded. There were a leakage if we take a shower (very dangerous) and the safe box was on low battery :( As we arrived late at night we just stay for the night. It was on the 6th floor, too noisy! The next day we requested for another room but we have to wait until 2PM for an available room. I have already paid, why would we have to wait? We have no choice but to upgrade to Grand Suite by paying the 2 nights balance. It was more expensive paying to upgrade rather than booking online (if you were to book this hotel, I say go and book the biggest room - Grand Suite). It was better and 16th floor but not clean at all (dust under the sofas -_- I know because my iPhone fell) and the refrigerator is not working. This is totally not what I paid for as I wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday and wanted to actually put the cake inside. The inclusive breakfast was boring, everyday is the same. Sigh. Totally not going to stay here again. I requested an extend checkout before 6 PM as I am bringing an infant and our flight is at 7PM, of course we had to pay (which i don't mind but if only the hotel offered it for free as my experience was already bad that would make me feel better).

Review 110：breakfast was okay but there was 1 particular time when I req for pancakes and the chef was saying "ok sayang" (ok dear/love/sweetheart) n kept saying that which made my boyfriend very furious causing him to address his discomfort to the chef.I understand he was being friendly but there is a line between being professionally friendly and flirtatiously friendly.That kinda ruined our apetite.

Review 137：There is no proper sound-proof between room. I can clearly hear guests in adjacent rooms talking, open and closing doors etc. It made me hesitant to turn on the TV as I don't want to disturb others. Not the hotel's fault, but no more free Shuttle bus to town is a big NEGATIVE for hotels in this area as you have to spend roughly RM30 per trip to town unless you catch a bus. Taxi the Concierge called for me (it turned out to be a travel van) to Airport changed his quoted price to RM60 - which is more expensive than Airport Taxi's RM50. Solo traveller especially ladies need to be careful.

Shuttles into the city leave at inconvenient times so can't make it to daily tours (earliest shuttle is around 9am, but most tours leave 8am or before). For the cost of taxis and the hassle, if you want to be close to everything, stay in the city.
