Review 1：Well, the sink drain got fouled on Saturday and we had to wait till it could be fixed, but it was not the hotel's fault municipal services have free day on Sunday anyway. We were offered drinking water)))

Review 2：Fiumefreddo is small, cosy, typical Sycilian thing. It's like a museum! Personal is amazing, friendly, speaks English/German rather well.

Review 3：Some other guests were greedy and quickly finished the meat and cheese at the breakfast by 9 am. For the price of the hotel just take a walk to the pasticerria around the corner, everything in the town in inexpensive

The staff was outstanding, always looking to make our trip an enjoyable one. My gratitude to Giuseppe and Lorenzo especially.

Review 6：Staff is very friendly, nice, welcoming and helpful and they make nice coffee! The hotel is secure as you need to buzz to get in, and there is always someone in reception, even if you get there late at night. We stayed in two different occasions, and although the first room was much better (in size, balcony with views to the Etna), the second one was ok. Fiumifreddo is very conveniently located to access the Etna and it's a 45mins drive to Catania airport. A cobble beach is 10mins away from the hotel by car.
