Maybe it had to do with the fact that we started our vacation in Milan and we were so exited about everything .... No, seriously we had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Spacious, clean rooms, staff was very friendly, wonderful breakfast and the kids could even spend some time in the pool before we flew out of Milan Malpensa. Perfect stay as it is nearby the airport even though we might come back this fall to revisit the Expo 2015. Thank you very much for this pleasant stay.

Review 17：Advertised as airport hotel, but located 10+ minutes away. Advertised free shuttle to airport, but did not say it was only for a very small window of time. And there was only one shuttle , so half our group had to pay to get a shuttle to airport. The other half had to leave 3 hrs early to catch an open shuttle. The man who checked us in on the evening of June 29, 2015 was very unfriendly.

Review 19：Really bad breakfast - there is no fridge in the breakfast room, therefore yogurts were warm, the juice apart from being 90% water was warm too, no hot breakfast option apart from cold scrambled eggs, tasteless coffee, only one type of bread -white sandwich bread. I think it's better not to offer any breakfasts at all than to offer this kind of breakfasts.

Review 20：Friendly staff, nice swimming pool, breakfast from 5 am to 10 am, cute ginger cat who lives at the hotel. The room and the bathroom were spacious, a bit old fashioned but very clean. Safe box and a fridge in the room.

Review 29：When we arrived, we found the hotel is isolated in a neighborhood that is very strange....nearby apartments were definitely not upscale and walking out to (one of two) restaurants in the area was creepy. We were given bad directions that took us along busy highways and over a bridge to a non-existent restaurant. We walked around asking for directions, because the map and route which the hotel guy mapped out was completely wrong....after about 45 minutes and its getting dark, our group returned to ask again and were told the guy made a mistake.....but in any case that the only nearby restaurant open on Monday would not open until 7pm. We had been sent out earlier at about 5pm, so even if the directions had proven correct, the restaurant wouldn't have been open yet. We stayed in many apartments and B and B's on our journey around Italy, and I have to say, this "Best Western" was by far the worst experience we had in the entire trip. We paid 10 euros each for the "breakfast" and it consisted of cold eggs, cardboard coffee and lemon cake (why?) ..oh, and the milk was bad. Travelers ...don't go here

Review 30：not much...we were put in a family room (which we were told was an upgrade because the room we ordered was not available) but the bathroom was very small with a tiny shower (no tub) and much of the room design space seemed to be taken by the bunk beds for a "family". The airport shuttle was convenient.

One really has to wonder how this place can be rated with four stars, considering the usual standard of Best Western hotels ... 5 nights booked and paid in advance, but left after 1 night to another hotel! Never again this place!

Review 107：The hotel is lying on booking.com They offer and option for smoking or nonsmoking rooms.In reality they have only nonsmking.They also offer an option to choose a room with baththub,room with baththub also doesnt exist. At the time of the arrivel they asked us what kind of bed do we want...like we wouldnt already chose it on the booking. 4 times there was no water for at least half an hour, it happend at night and also in the morning...i recommend to fill few bottels of water when it works in case you get stuck full of soap under the shower...which happend to us.when water is most necessary.There is absolutely no sound proof.Its impossible to sleep longer than 7.30. cause of the noise.Cleanning lady knocked on the door although there was a DO NOT DISTURB hanged on the door.Swimming pool outside is dirty and half empty. Wifi is poor but is at least the only thing that kinnda works. The stuff was kind.

(I think they started at something like 5am cet and food was still available @ 10:30 cet!) - hotel is based in a quiet residential area so we were not disturbed by noise - some lovely restaurants very close by to the hotel very reasonably priced and only a 15-20 minute slow walk to Gallarate itself (small but very nice) - train station located centrally for easy reach to Milan and other countries such as Switzerland - if you have a car it is an excellent base for daytrips to see the lakes etc.
