Review 1：The location of this property was lovely and ideal for a stroll into the nearby town with plenty of bars and restaurants. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent quality and value. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 2：Compared to other 3 star hotels we have stayed in the toileteries consisted of only shower gel and soap.

Review 3：Wonderfully situated in a tranquil lakeside setting. A good base for exploring Umbria with easy access in a hire car to places such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto and Spoleto. Very welcoming and helpful staff. The grounds are sensitively shared with motor homes, caravans and campers.

Review 4：the owner was a really nice man, we had a wedding to go to and he gave us a lift up there massive hill so we did not have to walk, really went out of his way to make us have a great stay.

Review 5：If pushed I would say the decor is a bit dated, but actually it adds to the charm of the place. Pool closed 1:30-3pm

Review 7：I liked the location. It was very peaceful next to Lake Trasimeno. Campers use property surrounding the hotel, but it is very quiet and the give the place a wholesome family atmosphere. I always ate dinner at the hotel and was very happy with the food. The staff were all very attentive and pleasant.

Review 9：Beautiful natural location, friendly hotel, walkable to town and restaurants. Simple and comfortable room (we had junior suite which had two balconies with chairs and table). The pool area was lovely and our toddler loved the shallow part of the main pool. Lunch and dinners also great. Absolutely lovely in every way.

Review 10：We arrived at a particularly busy time I expect; there were caravans and motor homes packed in like sardines all around the place. Felt a little overbooked in that regard and was noisy and busy. The next morning a good percentage left so the following couple of days were very much quieter and a lot nicer to enjoy.

Lake view rooms were indeed blessed with a great direct view. Lovely trees and flowers etc. Grounds very well looked after. Good food in the restaurant. Camp shop

Review 15：The pleasant walk into Passignano each morning, the wonderful food and a lovely balcony room overlooking the lake were all very special. We enjoyed very much the relaxing environment, the lovely garden and courteous staff who bent over backwards to assist your every need. Sharon's sunny smile at the front desk every morning was most welcome with very helpful tips on what to do each day. The free pick up from the station by Bruno and the return trip at the end of our stay were an added bonus.

Review 16：Breakfast only ok and coffee was bad... Had to get proper espresso anericanos but had to pay for as wasn't normal coffee that came with brekkie. But they cheap enough anyway so didn't mind payin as like my good coffee. Croissants a bit stale too and not much choice of much else. More fruit be good and not out of a tin .

Review 26：Lovely building in a wonderful location right on the lake. Our room was comfortable and we had a large balcony overlooking the lake. Loved the big, thick, fluffy towels. Bruno and Sharon were very friendly and helpful and we were particularly grateful to both of them for assistance they gave us with documents we needed scanned and printed. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Review 27：A very pleasant relaxing experience . The staff were unfailing pleasant , and helpful. I particularly appreciated collection from, and return to the local station by Bruno. I would love to return in the future and recommend this hotel without reservation. Its location on the lake is breathtaking .

Review 28：The bathroom smelled on the first day (when we got there, not because of our use). Afterwards they've cleaned it better or we got used to the smell... Many campers walking around everywhere and looking at you while you're eating your breakfast...

Review 33：I was travelling by train and the hotel is a 20-25 minutes walk from the train station. The staff offered to pick me up there at arrival and brought me back at departure. Besides the long distance to the station, the location of the hotel is absoulutely great within a camping ground having a private garden towards the lake. It is completely quiet. An ideal place for relaxing. The restaurant offers really delicious food. The staff is very, very friendly. Also good: possiblitiy to use one of the bikes the hotel provides.

It is a quite location but Perugia and Assisi relatively close about 40 mins, nice to leave those towns and come back to the quite country. A good restaurant and bar so is nicely self contained.

Review 85：Beautiful location right on Lake Trasimeno and close to a major highway. Owner Bruno and staff are hard working and try to please their guests. Breakfast is fantastic and they always tried to accommodate my gluten free diet. The rooms are an odd mix of old and new but offered every basic convenience. The bed was comfortable, a/c good, large 1st floor balcony w view of the lake, ample parking. Restaurant on the premises offered better meals than many of the places we tried so we ate there twice.

Review 89：The villa hotel is as lovely as it looks. Under the tall pine trees it is a very lovely place to be. The restaurant is well worth trying for fresh fish and not expensive for the quality (skip the starter, though) with creative ideas on desserts. Breakfast was good. The room we had was large with a typically big Italian bed, huge private terrace looking over the garden and pool towards the lake and the area looks interesting enough to re-visit (we were passing through).

Review 98：Jacuzzi wasn't working the week we were there, and there was an oddrule that if you went ion the pool you had to wear a bathing cap (!) Butmaybe this is general in Italy. The hotel does not say on its websitethat it is in the middle of a camp site, mostly camper vans. This is ok,but a bit of a surprise to have people walking around the grounds withsponge bags and towels, and hanging their washing out, etc.

Review 100：My wife and I stayed for 6 days. We found all staff friendly helpful andvery obliging. Bruno was an excellent host. They were always willing toallow us to try our italian. The hotel situated near the lake which islovely was very clean and comfortable and located near many lovelyvillages and towns. Which made for lovely day trips. We did think ofeating elsewhere however the menu was so good and the food was fab. Wewould love to come back. What makes the difference between one hotelfrom another. The staff and you feel they enjoy having you. Well done.We will be back.
