Review 1：NOT CLEAN! THE ROOM WAS DIFFERENT RESPECT THE RESERVATION; THE AIR CONDITIONER DO A LOT OF NOISE; THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN! The noise of room was very bad!

Review 3：We were extremely disappointed with most aspects of our stay. The room was dark and the small balcony overlooked a parking area. The bathroom was very basic. You can find better value nearby and within a short walk to the beach. Don't be fooled by the fancy website.

Review 16：The room was very comfortable however the bathroom shower was very small. The towels were not soft. The breakfast selection could be better to enhance the overall value.

Review 18：Our room was on the ground floor behind the reception. Naturally, whenbooking, you don't really know what that might be like and whilethere were no issues with the proximity to the reception, we did have toask people (not sure if they were staff or guests) to stop having alively conversation at 11pm on our last night there. We had to get upearly in the morning to catch our flight and we wanted to have a goodsleep before that. I think it might be a good idea to ask people to bequiet after a certain time at night if there are guests staying in therooms on the ground floor.

Review 19：The location is very good if you want to be close to the beach and allthe restaurants and cafes of the town. The room was clean and themanagement seemed flexible re. The booking (I made a mistake in thebooking and they had no problem readjusting it and not charging me theadditional day I booked in error).

Review 20：The bathroom was very very small and needed a refurbishment - we could see various pipes going in and out of the room without any purpose. However it was kept clean and tidy. Hotel's restaurant and hot tub/sauna complex are open only until 15th of October. We have arrived at 22nd and we were quite surprised that we can neither eat at the hotel nor spend an evening in the spa complex when the weather was not good.

Review 21：Hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is really excellent - just across the street there is a beautiful, wide sand beach. And when the weather is not perfect, just as it was during our stay, you have plenty of places to visit nearby - Palermo, Segesta, Erice and national park Singaro.

Review 26：Even they were cleaning everyday the room, we still have found cockroaches big, brown and very snappy. When we've told them, they laugh and raised they shoulders."What a big deal?!" and gave us a spray against bugs. For 150 euros per room, we've stayed on a dependence, far-away from the beach, with the only window-exit on a internal balcony. The room is very small, the shower is for kids:very very tiny, you cannot wash properly. They tried to charge us the parking for 7 days even do we stayed 6 and only one day parked in their parking. When we finally had enough, we try to leave with a 4 days pre-notice, but room was non-refundable, so the last Friday we pay it, even we left. Carefully, the images they have on Booking are not so real.

Review 28：Disliked: * Initial room (No 216) - Within 10-minutes of being in the room, we realsied that a horrible sewerage smell was coming from the shower cubicle drain and that the air-conditioning unit didn't work ...... clearly, we should never have been shown to this room ! The only other sea-front room available was No 209, which was nice but very small and thus felt expensive given the space available. * All rooms had a very small shower cubicle - anyone over a size 14 would struggle, including my husband who could hardly raise his arms over his chest to wash his hair given the size of the cubicle !

Right on the stunning beach / seafront at San Vito Lo Capo. * Resort - Plenty of restaurants and nice little harbour offering day trips out at sea. * Breakfast - Sufficient choice and able to sit on the terrace looking at the stunning beach / emerald sea. * Comfortable bed / nice bed linens. * Efficient window shutters to cut out early morning light. * Fridge in room + English news channels on TV.
