Review 1：Only slight negative and I think a common one from speaking to other travellers on the plane no English tv channels...

Review 2：Hotel was lovely...rooms are spotless. Balcony overlooking the pool was fab...the pool area and garden are so well maintained and are a credit to the owner.breakfast was slays varied and plenty of it.plenty of parking.all though located in a quiet village ideal location to the costa smeralda and only ten minutes from airport.local beach five minutes was one of the best we visited.

Review 3：The welcome when we arrived was very unkind. But most unpleasant was that we had to stay in a abandoned building about 200 meters from the hotel: nobody there, no wifi, no service.

Review 7：The manager of the hotel was rude and waives any responsability for the constant noise (fighting/screaming) of our neighbours made during the night ("it's not my problem"). Further it isn't allowed to eat/drink food on your room unless you bought it in the hotel. The 4th bed was uncomfortable.

Review 9：I'd mistakenly booked the wrong day, but the lovely Antionette on reception bent over backwards to accommodate us at no extra charge. Upon arrival, she was so friendly and helpful, suggesting a great local restaurant and directing us to one of the area's quieter beaches. Thank you Antionette for saving the day!

Review 10：wifi was most of the time weak or not working. We were in room next to reception, you could hear every word-fortunately there was no noise at night.

Review 15：We had only few days in this nice hotel. We didn't want to travel on the first day of our arrival, so we stayed close to Olbia. We were pleasantly suprised by this little gem. Friendly staff, beautfully close to some nice little restaurants.

Review 17：The wifi was good but we had to sit in the corridor to pick it up as it wouldn't work in our room. Breakfast was very basic, which for the price of the hotel was disappointing - too much cake ! I had expected from the description that this hotel was in Olbia. It isn't - perhaps that was my mistake. However it is in a very pleasant village south of Olbia in Murta Maria and a short drive to some beautiful beaches. Compared to other places we stayed this was relatively expensive.

Review 18：The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large, comfortable and had all amenities. The hotel had a very pleasant swimming pool. Ample free car parking.

Review 22：Comfortable bed, beautiful yard with greenery and stylish swimming pool, reception is open from early morning until midnight, quiet neighborhood, walking distance from several good places to eat and very tasty breakfast! Olbia airport is 10 min drive, closest beach is within 20 min walk.

Review 23：We didn't realise you had to book the place on the beach which belonged to the hotel - so we arrived the first time and there wasn't any place for us! Also, you have to pay for the loungers and umbrellas at the beach - these prices aren't shown in the hotel, just at the beach. The beach was very crowded, but if you wanted to walk a little further, you could find some much quieter places.

Review 24：Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet, clean rooms and well-kept facilities. Free use of bicycles! Good to have free minibus to beach if you don't have a car. Generally not crowded in the pool or around the pool. Wi-Fi was better in certain places - a little slow in the room.

Review 25：One thing I don't understand, they have a rule that we can't eat in the room. It's a little difficult to understand, maybe they try to keep the place clean, but it's difficult with kids, I will need to keep some food in case, and they also have the fridge inside. We kind of have a balcony, but it's closed, a little strange for me.

Review 26：Nice breakfast, the best thing is they try to do something different everyday, great for people who stay longer. Shower is hot but a little small. Nice pool although we didn't use it.

Bruit sous nos fenêtres jusqu'à 5h du matin Rires cris etc ( chambre 7) Un responsable nous a reproché notre présence à 6h50 au petit dej alors que nous avions eu l'accord du réceptionniste la veille! Accueil déplorable donc! Ce responsable n'était pas là la nuit pendant le tapage nocturne !

Review 31：Apart from the obvious that the place and facilities provided are gorgeous, there are two other things that are extraordinary impressive to us. One is the breakfast of great quality, good variety, and friendly chef! (We were late for the breakfast, yet he still served full breakfast with nice coffees!) The other is the excellent staffs, the owner included. We were trouble makers, started from the reservation time - we wanted to cancel one night, we wanted to add an extra bed - they solved the problems kindly and promptly. When we arrived, we asked so many questions regarding the areas, all were answered precisely and attentively. Moreover, they have us the key to the main lobby so we could use the internet there after midnight. So friendly, they are. We were very impressed..

Review 32：A very friendly and comfortable small hotel offering excellent value for money. A great location about 15 minutes south of Olbia airport with a charming courtyard garden and swimming pool. A 10 minute cycle to the beach at Porto Istana on bikes available from the hotel. Would highly recommend for friendliness, charm, location and value for money.

Review 73：Hotel charges a lot for using the hotel's beach. I have paid for 2 chairs 25 Euro.

Review 74：Family run hotel, the owner at guests disposal all times. Clean at nice interior. Newly build swimming pool. Quite part of the village, however close to the center. Nearest supermarket offering everything the turists need within 500m.

Review 75：It was a bit too far from the beach and no shuttle was provided by the hotel. The distance is about 2 km, or half an hour by feet which is quite hard taking into account the hot weather

With a hugesmile and sympathy and showed us our room we started to enjoy our trip.The room was cozy and with a good view to the mountains. Very clean andwell decorated. The small room for breakfast looked as we were at home.I want to go back there someday and wish everything stays the same waybecause it was really a good experience.

Review 84：It was 30km from Olbia because the road was under construction. Also, it feels like to be in a village - cock crow in the morning and evening silence.

Also we had read we could use bikes for free , wehad to pay.The football field, we could rent for an hour of the prize 50 euro. So maybe the hotel prize was cheap, but the expense og what it would cost with all the other expenses. It would be an expensivt stay And there was nothing at all to do on the hotel

We would also recommend the little 'gastronomie' near the church, it doesn't look like much but the food is excellent and the staff are very friendly.
