Review 1：Cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory, saw hairs on the pillow when I was trying to get an extra one from the cupboard. I was also itching when I was on the bed, couldn't sleep properly at all.

Review 13：Disappointed with the service attitude of Chinese girl receptionist during the check in. I made the booking one month in advance and request for room at higher floor. But when I check in at 4.00 pm, there was no room available at higher floor and left the room at 3 floor. The reason given was the room haven't clean up. I express my dissapointment and that chinese girl give me her "who care" looks and walked away. But the rest of the Receptionists were helpful to chase the service staff to make up the room for me. Quite uncomfortable with the chinese girl attitude. Overall still within or exist the satisfactory level.

Review 19：customer service is horrible, staff not well trained, cleanliness of the rooms questionable as I had hair on my bedside console and on my pillows. Pillows smell as if they were not washed and also not pressed (this indicates, they have not washed them). Front office staff Cheng Wee asked if we wanted newspapers in the room, but never delivered. Rooms are not ready upon check in as we have called one day prior and 30 minutes prior to arrival to check on the rooms, which they mentioned that they were ready.

Review 28：The room too small (their front staff offered me to upgrade the room, but he did not have basic information such as room size, only kept telling bigger and better. The room I stayed was on 3rd Flr. outside the window, there was a barrier (higher than eyes sight) blocked all you view. To be fair, they should note as no window and charge at lower rate. Poor services from staffs. I do not think it could be considered as 4 stars hotel.

Review 32：I have requested the front desk assistance to book public cab to d airport but they directed me to a person in the hotel who insisted that i booked the "limo" taxi which cost rm150 trip to d airport. What's worst when they appear to help they book meva taxi who still charge me rm150. I smell the rat here thus i make my own booking at d call centre and find the real price was halved d the price they mentioned.

Review 51：The water taps in the bathroom are somehow connected to the hot water piping system! So taking a bath and washing hands can be a very unpleasant experience. You can cook an egg with the tap water. Even the toilet cistern is filled with hot water. Bathers beware!

The fact that we took the Junior Suite Queen made the defects an even greater disappointment. a. kettle was mouldy on the inside; b. there was no hot water constantly; c. Rain shower not working, water trickles down; d. safe deposit box not working; d. Toilet flush not working properly; e. Water pressure is slow (I was only on 5th floor); f. Shower door doesn't close properly; g. late Check out request granted thro email but not fulfilled by front desk.

Review 63：On the day of our check out, the security alarm kept ringing...very annoying. Also, this hotel has no swimming pool. Room is small but acceptable.

When we tried to visit our friends who stayed at another floor, we can't use our access card to reach it. Location of the hotel is great. Food and shopping is not a major problem. Review 106：Noisy - We were in a room that has a connecting door. Our neighbor was a family with very young children who at close to midnight, the children were kicking ball and the baby was crying away. The noise level was loud and therefore we did not have a good night's rest.

Review 113：This was my second visit. The room is clean. Beds clean & comfortable. We booked the Junior Suite, which is spacious for the kids to play around. There is an additional sofa too. The location is excellent, right in front of the AEON shopping mall, which has many shops for clothings, accessories, beauty services, eateries etc. There are also many activities for younger kids, such as fun land with rides on merry-go-round, car rides, inflated playgrounds etc. There's also a movie theatre if you wish to catch a movie. Basically, there's no way you could get bored. The previous visit, we went to LegoLand, which is abt 10mins away only. Cost us abt 10RM for the cab. The return trip was twice the price as there are only executive (blue) cabs coming out of LegoLand.

Review 114：Location is excellent with Aeon Mall just across the hotel. Room is clean and comes with flat-screened TV, bar-fridge and safe box etc. Complimentary buffet breakfast also quite varied with Asian and Western delicacies.

Review 128：When I arrived I found I had left my luggage key at home! It was no problem for the staff to arrange for the lock to be cut off my luggage. Phew! Location was excellent. So close to shopping centre and eating places. Right next to McDonalds if you are so inclined. A short taxi trip to LEGOLAND and other theme parks. Arranged a tour of JB for us with an excellent driver from 5 Fortune. Breakfast was excellent. All round, no complaints.
