Review 1：Swimming pool with bunch of restrictions(better read before entering). To get to some rooms you'll have to walk around and up and down whole hotel. Breakfast poor. Not aware about field tennis but table tennis is from stone age. Location aside the road with no access to lake close by.
Review 2：We booked this hotel for us and 35 of our friends and family for our Italian wedding in Passignano. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, dropping us off in the centre and arranging shuttle buses to the airport and our wedding reception. Some rooms were nicer than others so it is definitely worth paying extra in this hotel.

Review 4：The staff at the family run hotel were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to help. On our last morning we had to check out at 6am to get our plane and mamma got up to see us off and offered to make us coffee. Nice big bed and although the hotel is quite dated in decoration this is outweighed by the fact that anything you need the staff can't do enough to help. The hotel is lovely and quiet, the pool was clean and breakfast was lovely with a good choice of continental food.Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.
Review 5：the hotel as passed the time without evoluating... it still looks as in the 70's. PLEASE: breakfast is more than baking a cake, some fresh fruit is not that expansive or difficult! Some litle renovations could change a lot...

Review 14：On initial arrival I thought this place was quite dated but quickly realised that this was a real Italian gem. The staff insured a real Italian family feel, as did all the Italian guests. The amenities were superb with sports facilities and great food. I would recommend this hidden gem most highly.

The restaurant was good and thefood was delicious and tastefull.Below the hotel they have their own pizzaria and here you can eat great pizza for a low price. Further the hotel offer you lots of activity's, such as swimming,biking,tennis and more. The hotel has a overlooking view of the lake: Lago Trasimeno.
