Review 1：Would be good to have citronella candles in the garden to deter mozzies!

Review 5：* &Quot;friendly" hotel personnel, unable to solve any problem - we asked for a plug adaptor, slippers, king size bed (just as we have mentioned on www.booking.com), but none of them was ever solved out (instead we received personnel's smiles and willingness to offer us support...just support :));* we stayed for 9 days and the breakfast was the same every morning - except the sweets; * cleanliness - very superficially made; * poor WI-FI connection.

Review 7：The room was noisy. We heard a sound, like someone is hammering against the wall every 5 seconds...(coming probably from the outside airconditioning?!) the whole night long. Therefore we had 3 terrible nights. We protested at the servicedesk two times and wanted to get another room. Staff didn`t react! Never again this hotel!!!

Review 13：Very good place close to trains station, city center, funicular. Personnel very friendly and the room was fantastic. Swimming pool on the annex roof is very great with the view to the mountains and breakfast was even more than expected hot/cold food with bigger variety that you can taste in few days. Room was cleaned while we were having breakfast so no disturbance even if you are staying in hotel.

Review 27：- this is not 4-star hotel, maybe 3-star only - rooms are very hard to find, because the numbering is confusing - we had superior room, but for a 4-star hotel it wouldn't be even a standard - we had a room with a tarrasse, but it was all covered with birds' droppings, so we weren't even able to sie there - we counted 5 spiders on the way from our room to lift

Review 31：All electronic outlets in the room are activated by your key-card, which is good and an excellent idea for efficiency, but means that if you're there alone you can't charge electronics in the room when you are gone, unless you leave a key-card in the room.

Review 32：When I was held up at a meeting for hours longer than expected & was 6 hrs late for check-out (16:00 instead of 10:00) the desk staff tried to get in touch with me and when they couldn't, they understood and still did not charge me for another full night.

Review 65：The information on parking provided in the Booking.com page is not accurate. It says "Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed)" but this is not true. The hotel has 42 rooms and 12 parking spaces, some of them only suitable for very small cars. They don't accept reservations and spaces are assigned based on availablity, to be checked after arrival at the check in. It seems that options considered by Booking.com to describe parking alternatives do not include this situation. The result is that a wrong information is provided and Booking.com should adapt a new, more flexible definition of parking alternatives to fix this problem. It could be "Private parking may be possible on site based on availability (reservation is non accepted)". Anyway there are public parkings in the roads nearby at a price of 1.30 euros per hour from 08.00 to 20.00, that is for one day twice the price charged by the hotel to the few who find a place in the hotel parking. Findig a space in the public parkings is not difficult.

Review 66：Value for money is really excellent. The breakfast is above the average, the staff is very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 67：The shower hose was broken and wasn't repaired after requesting it to be which meant there was hardly any water pressure making it difficult to shower.
