Farm Stay Masseria Incantalupi sells fast on our site. Masseria Incantalupi is a converted 18th-century farmhouse in the heart of the Puglia countryside. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, and serves home-grown organic produce in the restaurant.
Rooms are decorated around many of the original features such as fireplaces and stone walls. They are spacious and are equipped with air conditioning and private bathrooms.
Guests can enjoy fresh produce from the Masseria Incantalupi’s farm including olive oil, fruit preserves and liqueurs.

Review 2：The place was luxurious, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the evening meal was superb. The location is good - only 15km from Brindisi airport. Our only regret was that as we came at the end of the season (mid-October) and we hit some poor weather, we couldn't use the swimming pool.

Review 3：I just love everything with this wonderful place. From the amazing buildings, the beautiful scenery to the friendliness of the family owners. The ecological food is exuisite, so make sure you have your dinner here. The rustic farm is even more beautiful than in the pictures, very clean and well kept. They also make their own wine, olive oil & jams so make sure you can check in a bag as I unfortunately did not think of. Most of all it's the staff who works here who are genuine and always goes the extra length of assisting you in the way you need that gives them this well desrved grade. I will definietly go back to Italy just to stay in this place again.

Review 5：The room is very cosy and nice but sometimes a bit unpractical... Eg in the bathroom there is not much space to put all your stuff especially if you are a 4 people family.

Review 6：What a wonderful stay at masseria incantalupi. After a warm welcome we had a very good holiday in this warm and calm masseria (old farm). Very nice rooms with good airco and a beautiful swimming pool.

Review 9：Excellent breakfast each morning that included an egg with ham option,fresh fruit, pastries, and deli meats. Surroundings were relaxing. Pool was nice to cool off in. We had dinner there one out of our 4 nights and it was wonderful. You pay per person and additional for wine and water. Enjoyed the relaxing environment. Would have liked to have had a massage which they can arrange in their spa area.

Review 10：To book for dinner is recommendable, always a nice surprise, 5 starters then a pasta-dish then and a meat/fish dish. All at reasonable price. Good variety of wines, all at affordable price. Breakfast has a good quality and variety. The pool is of good size, plenty of covered place also aside the pool with lounge for reading a book or having a glass.

Location was great (little hard to find but totally worth it!) and the hotel was superb - lovely rooms and all the outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing in come rain or shine. The staff were all super friendly and helpful - especially Maria Teresa who could not have been more welcoming. Excellent location to explore the beautiful little towns in the area too but you need a car for that. Food was sublime - all local, fresh and beautifully cooked. Not a bad word to say!

Review 13：We have just returned from a 10-day stay at Incantalupi. Maria Teresa speaks excellent English and is always available with help and advice. Wonderful and copious meals using all locally grown fruit and vegetables. Plenty to see roundabout but the swimming pool is also welcome on lazy days. One slight minus point : it is very difficult to find, so get directions before you go. A car is essential as this Masseria is really hidden amongst the olive groves. We would definitely recommend Incantalupi.

Review 15：This masseria is really a nice, quiet and smart place. Maria Teresa who is managing it, helps also you to feel like at home. Located at a few kilometers far from San Vito dei Normanni and Mesagne, this place was one of our favorites during our stay in Puglia with our two children (12 and 16 years old), in particular the swimming pool is a "real" one which was much appreciated after the visits/sea. The food proposed for dinner worth it, even if the classical Italian order (antipasti, pasti, primi, secondi and dolce !) was a bit too much for us..., but you may decide to choose only part of the meals proposed for prices adapted accordingly. Beaches are not too far (Torre Guaceto is approx. 15/20' far from the masseria by car). Note however that a car is indeed a "must"

Review 17：Wonderful breakfast with homemade jams and freshly picked fruit. Great location for exploring the region or just relaxing by the pool. Magnificent olive trees and citrus groves. Mariateresa was an exceptional hostess. By the time we left, we felt like family.

Review 30：I am only sorry to have stayed only 1 night. This is without doubt the best agro -tourism accommodation I have stayed in within Italy. In my view it puts most 4 star hotels to shame. We will defiantly be returning to this accommodation again. Staff were very attentive, accommodation was extremely clean.The Tour of the facilities made us feel comfortable and at home.

Review 31：I had an wonderful stay in this old "masseria" placed in the middle of the nature!!! The owners are very nice and kind, they really made me feel like home! I enjoyed the spacious, beautiful, clean rooms as much as the open-air pool and the ride with their horses and the bicycle. The only problem is that, once you are back home, you really miss their homemade cakes and all the other dishes prepared from fresh vegetables - bio products of their own garden...
